For the first use, you need to take the earbuds out of the charging case, tear off the insulating sticker on the earbuds, put the earbuds into the charging case to complete the activation. Please charge the earbuds first when the power is low.

User manual
To pair the Headset with your phone for the first time, please follow the steps below·
- Switch on: Long press the multi-function button for3 seconds to switch on. The blue light will be on for 1 second to enter the pairing state, and the red/blue light will flash alternately.
- Turn on the BT of mobile phone, search and connect to the BT device ‘ACE FAST W1 ‘, after successful pairing, accompanied by a beep, red/blue light off
- Power off: Press and hold the multifunction button for 5 seconds to power off. If not paired, the Headset will automatically power off after five minutes
Prompt
- “When connecting the headset and your device, the headset needs to be removed from the charging compartment at the same time in order to avoid a failed connection back between the left and right ear.
- “You have s minutes to connect the headset to your device, otherwise the headset will automatically switch off. Put the headset back into the charging compartment to re-enter pairing mode
- Power on without connecting any device, it will automatically switch off after 5 minutes.
- Both left and right ears can be used separately.
- If the pairing is not successful for a long time, please refer to the procedure of restoring factory settings to reset the headset.
- If there is no sound on one side of the headset after connecting the left and right ears, please refer to the procedure of restoring factory settings to reset the headset
Operation mode (receiving/calling)
- Switch on: The charging case opens the cover and switches on automatically.
- Switch off: Put the headset into the charging case, close the cover and the headset will switch off automatically.
- Answer the call: when the call comes, double click the multi-function key.
- End the call: during the call, double-click the multi-function key.
- Rejecting a call: When an incoming call, long touch the multi-function key for 2 seconds
Operation mode (playing music)
- Play music: double-click the multi-function key or operate the player on the mobile phone (some mobile phones will automatically start the music player when connected to Bluetooth stereo).
- Pause music: double-click the multi-function key or operate the player on your mobile phone while playing music.
- Next song: triple-click the right ear multi-function key while playing music.
- Previous song: triple-click the left ear multi-function button while playing music.
- Volume +: Wearing both ears, click the right ear multi-function key.
- Volume – wear both ears, click the left ear multi-function key
- ANC mode switching: Long press the left/right ear multi-function key for 2 seconds, let go when you hear the tone.
- Due to the characteristics of Bluetooth headset, electromagnetic wave interference in the region may cause connection interruption or jamming. Based on the wireless technology, when the device simultaneously performs display functions and transmits Bluetooth sound signals, there may be a ‘delay’ in the audio and video signals, i.e. the sound is not synchronised with the picture.
Operation mode (Charging)
- LED indicator: Headset pairing: white-orange light flashes, light off after connecting to the mobile phone; headset into the charging compartment, orange light is on for 5S off; headset case cover for about 3 seconds, headset shutdown
- Charging compartment charging:
- Charging compartment cover to the headset charging: digital tube is always on to show the power level, off when fully charged
- Charging compartment charging: the digital tube is always on to show the power flashing
- When fully charged: digital tube turns off when fully charged
- Charging compartment low battery: open the lid digital tube display power flashes for 10 seconds and then go out Note:
- Charging compartment power < 10%, this time the charging compartment does not charge the headset, only support for the headset switch.
Precautions
- Do not place the headset in a place that is humid, full of dust, oily smoke or steam, or exposed to direct sunlight. Do not leave the headset in the car for a long time. Otherwise, it may cause a malfunction.
- Using this headset to listen at high volume may affect your hearing. For traffic safety, please do not use this headset while driving or cycling.
- Do not use headset in places where the inability to hear environmental sounds will cause danger, such as railway crossings, railway station platforms, pedestrian crossings, and construction sites.
- Do not place heavy objects or apply pressure on the headset, otherwise it may cause deformation of the headset during long-term storage.
- The static electricity accumulated in the body may cause slight irritation in the ears. Wearing clothes made of natural materials can minimize the impact.
- Do not subject the headset to excessive impact.
- Please use a soft dry cloth to clean the headset.
- Do not expose the headset to water. The headset is not waterproof. Remember to observe the following precautions.
- Be careful not to let the headset fall into the sink or other containers filled with water.
- Do not use the headset in humid places or bad weather, such as rain or snow.
- Do not get the headset wet. If you touch the headset with wet hands, or put the headset in damp clothing, the headset will get wet and this may cause the headset to malfunction.
- Because the product is magnetic, keep it away from electronic products such as bank cards, mobile phones, computer monitors, TVs, etc.
- If you feel unwell after using the BT device, stop using it immediately. If the problem persists, please contact your local dealer.
