Product Usage Instructions

  1. Before starting any work, ensure to shut off power to the circuit and refer to local building codes for installation requirements.
  2. Twist the stranded wire counterclockwise slightly while inserting it into the connector.
  3. Use only one conductor per port in the connector.
  4. Ensure the conductor is fully inserted into the back of the connector.
  5. If reusing the connector on solid wires of the same diameter or larger, cut and re-strip conductors before reuse.
  6. To remove a wire, pull and twist it back and forth. For solid conductors, twist back and forth. For stranded wire, use a new connector.
  7. Do not re-use the connector on stranded wire.
  8. Use the connector only inside an approved electrical enclosure.

Warning: Contact with electricity can cause electrical fires, personal injury, or death.
Shut off power to the circuit before using this product and consult local building codes to determine installation requirements.

  1. Wiring must comply with all applicable electrical codes.

  2. Turn OFF the power before removing or installing connectors.

  3. Cleanly strip wires ½”.

  4. Grip the wire firmly and push the conductor into an open port.
    Slightly twist the stranded wire counterclockwise while inserting.
    Use only one conductor per port.

  5. Verify conductor is fully inserted into the back of the connector.

  6. Connector is reusable on solid wires of the same diameter or larger. If reusing the connector, cut, and re-strip conductors.

  7. In order to remove a wire, pull and twist the wire back and forth.

DO NOT RE-USE connector on stranded wire.

  • USE ONLY INSIDE AN APPROVED ELECTRICAL ENCLOSURE.
  • COPPER TO COPPER ONLY: Do Not Use on Aluminum wire.
  • Temperature Rating: 105°C (221°F) maximum. 600 volts/20A maximum building wire.
  • 1000 volts in signs and lighting fixtures.
