Step 3: Finish the framework
Mount two U shape beams to the rectangle. The front U shape beam should head up and mount to the #2 and #3 holes. The rear U shape beam should head down and mount to the #1 and #2 holes. Place two posts at the other ends of the U shape beams. Connect the two posts by placing one short beam at the bottom and another at the top. Connect the two rectangles with two long beams at the top. -
Step 4: Set up the layers
Add mini long beams to the posts in parallel at the #7, #12, #17, #22, #27,32, and #37 holes from the top. Leave a space of 4 holes for each tier for
the bins. Ensure that the V shape slot is heading down at the front and heading up at the back.

Tools Required
Thank you for choosing King’s Rack.
We work to help you organize things better.
Kindly notice
- Make sure the slots of the posts are pointing down and the ledge of the braces are heading up.
- Experiment proves that interference fit (tight fit) improves the sturdiness of the rack. So the rivets don’t have to fully seat into the slot. 1 or 2mm gap at the bottom of the slot is acceptable.
- Use a mallet to let the rivet seal to the slot.
