INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing our latest DECT single phone, the manual is designed to familiarize you with this phone. To get the maximum use from the phone, we suggest that you read this instruction manual carefully before using.
SAFETY INSTRUCTION
When using your telephone equipment, the following basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and injury to persons:
- Read, understand and follow all warnings and instructions
- Unplug the product from the wall outlet before cleaning. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosol cleaners. Use a soft damp cloth for cleaning.
- Do not place this product on unstable surfaces. The product may drop, causing serious damage to the product.
- Do not overload wall outlets and extension cords as this can result in fire or electric shock.
- Never push foreign objects of any kind into this product through cabinet slots as they may affect dangerous voltage points or short circuit parts that could result in fire or electric shock. Never spill liquid of any kind on the product.
- Avoid moving or disconnecting this unit during a heavy storm, as there may be a remote risk of electric shock from lightning and thunder.
- IMPORTANT – The base unit must be used with the mains adapter supplied with the unit.
- Using any other adapter will may invalidate any approval given to this apparatus.
- Unprofessional person cannot open the telephone even meets troubles, please send to service center.

| ANTENNA| The antenna icon will always be shown on the LCD, it indicates for
signal strength, icon flashes: the handset is out of range, searching signal

INSTALLATION
- Insert one end of the line cord to line port of base unit,insert another end to telephone socket on the wall.
- Insert the DC plug into the DC port of the base unit and insert AC/DC adapter plug into power socket.
- Open the battery door, install the batteries with correct direction(+/-) and then close the battery door.
- Place the handset correctly on the base charging station and let the battery charged for at least 12 hours for the first using. You hear a beep tone when the handset is correctly in position on the charging cradle.
Important Notices:
To keep the batteries charged, whenever you don’t need to use the handset
(such as overnight, or when you go out), leave the handset on the charge
cradle.
If you do not modify the password, all the passwords(PIN code) are default as
0000 in this manual.
Menu Settings
In standby mode, press key to enter the menu setting,
Press ▲ or ▼ key to review the settings, press key again to start the current
setting or save the setting.
Press to back to the previous menu or press back to idle mode.
Note: The phone will exit the setting state after 10 seconds if no any
operation.

1: CALL LOG
Press key and LCD displays CALL LOG, press key to enter. There are three items
in this menu, MISSED, RECEIVED an DIALED.
Note: In idle state, press ▲ key once to outgoing calls or press ▼ key to
review incoming calls directly.

Press key to enter missed call list, received call list or dialed call list.

The LCD will show the last record. (If no record, the LCD will show EMPTY).

Press ▲ or ▼ key to view other record.
-
When reviewing the number, press the key to dial out the number automatically.
When reviewing the number, press key to add it to Phone book or Delete or Delete All -
Press to back to the last menu or press back to idle mode.
2: PHONE BOOK
This function allows the user to review/add/edit/delete an entry of the phone
book.
Each handset has its own phone book, independent from other registered
handsets (if existing).
Support total 50 entries with max 12 characters, max 20 digits and optional
ringtone.
Press key and press ▼ key once to select PHONE BOOK, press key to enter.
◪ LIST
- LCD display LIST.
- Press ▲ or ▼ key to review the list of phone book.
- Choose the number for making a call
- Press key to dial out the number automatically.
In the idle mode, press key to enter phone book list directly.
Quick search Tip: Press any number key to position the first entry of its
first letter.
◪ NEW ENTRY
Press ▲ or ▼ key to select NEW ENTRY.
- Press key and the LCD displays NAME ?.
- Enter the name using the alphanumeric keys, press R/CLR key to delete wrong input.
- Press key to confirm and LCD displays NUMBER ?
- Enter the number and press R/CLR key to delete wrong input
- Press key to confirm and LCD displays Melody 1
- Press ▲ or ▼ key to select the melody
- Press key to confirm.

Press ▲ or ▼ key to select EDIT RECORD. .

Press key and LCD displays CONFIRM ?

Press key to confirm.
◪ DELETE ALL
Press ▲ or ▼ key to select DELETE ALL ?.
- Press key and LCD displays CONFIRM ?
- Press key and LCD displays DELETE ALL ?
- Press key to confirm.
◪ MEM STATUS
Press ▲ or ▼ key to select MEM STATUS.
Press key and LCD displays XX/50. Means there are XX entries already in the
phone book memory.
Total 50 entries.
3: BS SETTINGS
Press key and press ▼ key twice,LCD displays BS SETTINGS,
Press key to enter the base setting,press ▲ or ▼ key to select the setting to
change.
◪ DELETE HANDSET
This function allows the user to delete new additional handset registration
from the base.
- Press key, the first show is DELETE HS.
- Press key to enter, the user will be prompted to enter the PIN code.
- Input the correct 4-digit pin code (the default PIN code is 0000).
- Press ▲ or ▼ key to choose the handset names.Press key to confirm.
The handset will be deleted from the registered list on the base, and it will have prompt information – out of range condition. (Default handset will not be deleted)
Note: To delete all the handsets registration from the base:
In idle mode, press and hold key for 5s, IN USE/CHARGE LED flashes, then press
key 7 times continuous, the IN USE/CHARGE LED flashes quickly.
All the handsets have been deleted from the base when the IN USE/CHARGE LED
quench.
◪ DIAL MODE
The user can select to change the mode will dial.
- Press key, then press ▲ or ▼ key to select DIAL MODE item.
- Press key to enter, and the display shows TONE.
- Press ▲ or ▼ key to select TONE or PULSE dial mode.
- Press key to confirm.
Note: According to your telephone lines or PABX systems you may need to
change the dialing mode between Tone and Pulse.
◪ FLASH TIME
The user can select the flash time (100ms, 300ms and 600ms) to meet your
telephone line or PABX requirement.
- Press key, then press ▲ or ▼ key to select FLASH TIME item.
- Press key to enter.
- Press ▲ or ▼ key to select the desired flash time.
- Press key to confirm.
◪ MODIFY PIN
Some setting (such as Delete handset and Base default) requires a PIN code
before changing.
You could change to your personal 4-digit PIN and keep it well.Default PIN
code: 0000
- Press key to confirm. Press ▲ or ▼ key to select MODIFY PIN item.
- Press key to confirm, and the LCD shows PIN?
- Enter the existing PIN code.
- Press to confirm.
- Enter a new PIN code (4 digits) when the LCD shows NEW PIN,press to confirm.
- The LCD shows REPEAT, input the new PIN code again.
- Press to confirm.
◪ BASE DEFAULT
This function allows the user to reset the base setting to the factory
default.
- Press key, then press ▲ or ▼ key to select BS DEFAULT.
- Press key to confirm and the LCD shows PIN?
- Enter the PIN code and press key to confirm.
If the PIN code is correct, all base settings will be reset to the factory default.
4: HS SETTINGS
This function allows the user to change the settings of his handset.
Press key and press ▲ or ▼ key to select HS SETTINGS.
◪ ALARM
This function Alarm is programmed on and will repeat every day.
- Press key, the LCD shows ALARM.
- Press key to confirm and LCD shows OFF.
- Press ▲ or ▼ key to select ON, press key to confirm.
- The LCD shows 00-00 (HH-MM),press ▲ or ▼ key to change the time(24 hours)
- Press key to confirm and the LCD will display and SNOOZE ON.
- Press ▲ or ▼ key to select SNOOZE ON or SNOOZE OFF, press key to confirm.
Notes:
- If the SNOOZE is ON, the alarm will be repeated about every 5 minutes for nine times
- When the phone is ringing for alarm, press key quit the alarm, press other key to pause the SNOOZE function, and the phone will be ringing after 5 minutes.
- If the SNOOZE is OFF, the phone will be ringing for 45 seconds.
◪ RING SETUP
This function allows the user to set the ring tones for intercom calls and
external calls.
Total 10 ring tones with off,1~5 volume levels.
- Press key, then press ▲ or ▼ key to select RING SETUP.
- Press key and LCD displays INT RING.
- Press ▲ or ▼ key to select the INT RING or EXT RING or VOLUME.
- Press key to confirm.
- Press ▲ or ▼ key to select the MELODY X (X=1~10) .
◪ TONE SETUP
This function allows the user to change the handset tone settings.
- Press key, then press ▲ or ▼ key to select TONE SETUP.
- Press key to enter and LCD shows KEY TONE .
- Press ▲ or ▼ key to select the KEY TONE or BATTERY LOW, RANGE ALARM .
- Press key to confirm.
- Press ▲ or ▼ key to select the ON or OFF to enable/disable the tone indication.
- Press key to confirm.
Notes:
- If you turn the tone on for key tone, a beep for key tone will sound when a key is pressed on the handset.
- If you turn the tone on for battery low warning, a beep will sound when the battery is low.
- If you turn the tone on for the out of range warning, a beep will sound when the handset goes out of range of the base unit.
◪ LANGUAGE
- Press key, then press ▲ or ▼ key to select LANGUAGE.
- Press key to enter and LCD shows ENGLISH.
- Press ▲ or ▼ key to select the language from ENGLISH (English), DEUTSCH (German), FRANÇAIS (French), ITALIANO (Italian), ESPAÑOL (Spanish), PORTUGUES (Portuguese), PYCCKNÑ (Russian), TÜRKÇE (Turkish), EΛΛHNIKA (Greek), YKPAIHCЬKNÑ (Ukrainian), POLSKI (Polish), MAGYAR (Hungarian), SVENSKA (Swedish), NEDERLANDS (Dutch), DANSK (Danish) and NORSK (Norwegian). Each language will display in its own native translation.
- Press key to confirm .
◪ HANDSET NAME
The function allows the user to change his handset name displaying on
LCD,different from other handsets.
- Press key and press ▲ or ▼ key to select HS NAME
- Press key and enter the handset name, press R/CLR key to delete wrong input.
- Press key to confirm.
◪ AUTO ANSWER
This function allows the user to answer a call automatically by picking up
handset from the charging cradle.
- Press key and then press ▲ or ▼ key to select AUTO ANSWER
- Press key and press ▲ or ▼ key to select ON or OFF
- Press key to confirm.
◪ BARRING
This function allows the user to set to 4 barring numbers to make calls.
But the internal calls to intercom or conference will still be available.
- Press key and press ▲ or ▼ key to select BARRING,
- Press key and require to enter the PIN code (default:0000).
- Press key to confirm, press ▲ or ▼ key to select ON, press key to confirm.
- The LCD shows NUMBER 1, you press ▲ or ▼ to choose NUMBER i(i=1~4).
- Press to confirm and input number (Max 4 digits) which you want to block.
- Press key to confirm. Repeat the above steps to set the other groups
For example: NUMBER 1 is set 1234
Then you dial the numbers 12345678 to make a call, will be blocked, the LCD
displays CALLS BARRED.
◪ DATE & TIME
This function allows the user to set date and time on the handset, .
- Press key and press ▲ or ▼ key to select DATE&TIME
- Press key and the last two digits of the year flashes.
- Pressing ▲ or ▼ key to change the year.
- Press key to confirm and change the month,date, time.
◪ CONTRAST
This function allows the user to set the contrast of the LCD.
- Press key and press ▲ or ▼ key to select CONTRAST.
- Press key to confirm, then press ▲ or ▼ key to select from 1-8 levels.
◪ SELECT BASE
This function allows the user to register his handset to more bases(Max 4pcs),
such as office and residential.

Press key and press ▲ or ▼ key to choose SELECT BASE.
-
Press key and the LCD displays BASE 1 + .
-
Press ▲ or ▼ to select base (BASE 1~4) or AUTO.
The handset is able to register to only such base number with “+”. -
Press to begin searching, if you hear a sound of “di-du-di”, means it was registered successfully.
Note: If you select “AUTO”, the handset will connect to the first of the
registered bases that it finds.
◪ HANDSET DEFAULT :
This function allows the user to reset the handset setting to the factory
default.
Calls log,phone book and handset name will be cleared, registered base record
will be kept.
- Press key and press ▲ or ▼ key to select HS DEFAULT .
- Press key to confirm and the display shows PIN?
- Enter the PIN code (default 0000).
- Press key to confirm.
If the PIN code is correct, the handset settings will be reset to the factory
default.
5: REGISTRATION
This function allows the user to register more handsets to his phone base (his
handset + anther 4 handsets).
New handsets need to be registered first before using.
- Press key on the BASE and hold it until the green LED blinks.
- In the new handset, press key, press ▲ or ▼ key to select REGISTERATION.
- Press key and press ▲ or ▼ key to select from BASE X +. (X: the number of registered handsets )
- Press key to confirm,and LCD displays PIN?
- Enter the pin code (default 0000).
- Press key to confirm and LCD display SEARCHING X,
Note:
When hearing DI-DU-DI- sound, that means the new handset has been registered
successfully and the LCD displays HS i(i=2,3,4 ,5)
When hearing DI-DI-DI- sound, that means the new handset has failed to
register and back to idle mode.
CALL FUNCTIONS
Pre-dialing
- In idle mode, enter the number.
- Press R/CLR key to correct the number.
- Press key to dial out the number in handset talking mode.
- Press key again to enter speaker talking mode.
- In handset or speaker mode,press ▲ or ▼ key to adjust its volume. Total 5 levels for selection.
Caller ID – type II
During the conversation, the phone will display the new call number when a
second call is received.
This function will be valid and work after the user apply for call waiting
service.
Pause
Press RD/P key will insert a 3.6 seconds pause time between two digit numbers.
Redial function
In idle state, Press key and then press RD/P key, the last dialed number will
be dialed again.
Flash
The flash function of R/CLR key can support some special network service, such
as call waiting, call transfer, etc. These services require a subscription and
the operations depend on the different exchanger.
To Lock/Unlock the keypad
To lock the keypad
Press and hold the key for about 2 seconds.
You will hear a beep tone, while the keypad is locked, any key you press is
invalid.
To unlock the keypad
Press and hold the key for about 2 seconds.
You will hear a beep tone, the handset will be unlocked and it will go back to
idle state.
MULTI-HANDSET FUNCTIONS
One base supports Max 5 handsets to be registered.
If you have two handsets or more registered in one base,you will have below
features for working:
◪ Intercom
- In idle mode, press INT key.
- All the handsets will be ringing,
- Press key to enter conversation mode.
◪ Call transfer

During conversation, press INT key and the LCD displays HS X ? ( X: HANSET NUMBER)
Press ▲ or ▼ key to choose other handset if existing.. -
Press 1 or other handset number.
-
The destination handset will be ringing and ready to answer the call.
◪ Three-way conference call -
HS 1 – user is during conversation, press INT key and the LCD displays HS i ?,
Press ▲ or ▼ key to choose other handset if existing for conference call. -
Press its handset number (HS i) .
-
HS i will be ringing and ready to answer the call.
-
HS i – User press key answer the call
-
HS 1 -User press key then you can talk all together.
-
Press key to end the call first, other parties will be still on line conversation .
TROUBLE SHOOTING
No signal bar is displayed on the screen
The handset is out of range.
Move it closer to the base station
No dialing tone
Check your phone connections
The handset is out of range.
Move it closer to the base station
No docking tone
The handset is not placed
properly on the base station/ charger
The charging contacts are dirty.
Disconnect the power adaptor first and clean the contact with proper damp
cloth.
The handset on the charger does not charge
Make sure the batteries are
inserted correctly.
Make sure the handset is placed
properly on the base station/ charger
Batteries are defective.
Purchase new ones for replace.
No display
Make sure the batteries are
charged
Make sure there is power and the
phone is connected
The handset no ring
Make sure the handset ring tone
is turned on.
Ring volume too low
Check if the ringing volume is
set improper, reset it.
Receive only
Check if P/T mode is properly
set.
Check if you have set the
barring number, if you want dial out this number, reset the barring number.
The base can not page the handset
Repeat the registration
operations to register the base and handset again.
Most of the functions failed
Check if the batteries are
strong enough, charge the batteries.
If batteries are OK, remove the
battery, unplug the lines and re-install after 10 minutes.

The device has been tested and comply with FCC SAR limits.
For Base
This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an
uncontrolled environment. This equipment should be installed and operated with
minimum distance 20cm between the radiator& your body. This transmitter must
not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or
transmitter.
