Required tools
- torque wrench with socket nut
- tire changing machine
- standard toolbox
Step 1
- Install the valve using a suitable tool. On vehicles with a tire pressure monitoring system, the original VOLVO valves including the air pressure sensor must be fitted.
Step 2
- Only for the VOLUTION® V. Classic / H7710901T: Fit the center rings before balancing the wheels. Also, ensure that they are correctly positioned when fitting the wheels to the vehicle. It is recommended to clean the wheel hubs with a wire brush and then apply corrosion protection.
Step 3
- Depending on the rim design, a badge is included, which needs to be fitted to the rim.
Step 4
- Install the rim onto the tire changing machine with the visible side facing up. Attach the tire and balance the wheel. Only use adhesive weights for balancing. The weights must be attached to the inside of the rim analogically to the shown positions.
Step 5
- Fit the wheel to the vehicle. On some older vehicles, the brake disks are additionally secured with a clamping lock.
- This lock must be removed before fitting HEICO SPORTIV sports wheels.
Step 6
- Fit the wheel hub cover. Align it to the HEICO lettering. The most attractive appearance is achieved if color-matching wheel bolt covers are also installed.
