Product Usage Instructions

General Safety Instructions
The product should only be used by adults. Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 50 kg.

Assembly/Disassembly

  1. Secure the Velcro strap into the buckle.
  2. Thread the Velcro strap through another rod.
  3. Insert the middle joint of the trolley frame into the holding devices on the left and right sides.

Assembly of Bollerwagen:

  1. Take out the removable base [2] and secure it with the buckle through the rod.

Folding the Trolley

  1. Remove the removable base [2] from the trolley [3].
  2. Remove the safety cap from the handlebar, rotate the fastening device towards the handlebar, and fold down the upper part of the handlebar.
  3. Safely secure the folded trolley with the Velcro strap.
  4. Store the removable base [2] in the side pocket of the carrying bag [1].

Maintenance

Cleaning and Care:
Use a damp, lint-free cloth for cleaning.

  1. Q: What is the maximum load capacity of the Bollerwagen?

Intended use
This product is a trolley which is designed to transport camping equipment, etc. amounting to a weight of max. 50 kg. This product should not be used by children. It is only intended for private use and is not intended for commercial use.
Not suitable for transporting children.

Never leave children unsupervised with the packaging material. There is a danger of suffocation.

  • WARNING! Ensure that the product has been assembled properly before use.
  • WARNING! Ensure that all closing mechanisms of the product have snapped into place before use.

  • It is not permitted to use this product as a trailer for vehicles of any kind.
  • This product is not suitable for attaching to a vehicle.
  • Place objects in the centre of the product to transport them.
  • WARNING! Do not sit on the side wall. Danger of tipping.

Note: In case of discoloration/ fading of supporting synthetic components they shall be exchanged.

Assembly / Disassembly

WARNING! Crushing and shearing points are present during assembly and disassembly.

Unfold the trolley:

  1. Take out removable floor [2] from carrier bag [1], (see Fig. A).

  2. Release the velcro strap of the carrier bag and remove the carrier bag [1] from the trolley [3],(see Fig. B).

  3. Loosen the velcro on the long strap surrounding the trolley [3] and unfold the trolley (see Fig. C).

  4. Tie the velcro strap according to Figure C to prevent the velcro strap fall to the floor.

  5. First, the strap with buckle pass through the shaft.

  6. Then insert strap with velcro into the buckle.

  7. Strap with velcro pass through another shaft.

  8. Lastly stick the velcro together to secure the strap on the shaft.

  9. Unfold the handle in front of trolley [3] (see Fig. D1), turn the lock cap toward the lower part of the handle shaft. Push the lock cap downward and cover the lower part of the handle shaft.

  10. Insert the middle joint of trolley frame into the cover at left and right side (see Fig. D).
    WARNING! When the trolley is stationary or not in use the handle must be secured with the locking clip (see Fig. D, picture 4).

  11. Place removable floor [2] to the folding trolley [3], (see Fig. E). Fix the velcro strap on the folding trolley [3] to the shaft of the front and rear wheels.

    • Brakes are included with this product, located on the wheels below the handle (see Fig. C items J and K). User can initiate brake located in front wheels according to Fig. J, user can unlock the brake according to Fig. K.

Trolley symbol:

CAUTION: Initiate the brake when the product is left in a stationary position.

Fold the trolley

  1. Remove the removable floor [2] from folding trolley [3].
  2. Pull up the lock cap from handle shaft (see Fig. F1), turn the locking position toward the handle shaft, and fold the upper part of handle shaft downward.
  3. Remove the velcro strap from the front and rear wheel shafts, than pull the strap in the middle of the folding trolley (see Fig. G).
  4. Tighten the folded trolley with velcro strap.
  5. Cover the trolley with carrier bag [1] and fixing the carrier bag to trolley by velcro strap (see Fig. H).
  6. Insert the removable floor [2] to the side pocket of carrier bag [1] (see Fig. I).

Maintenance

  • Keep the product in a dry and cool place away from sunlight when not in use.
  • Check regularly to ensure no damage on the product.
  • Only use spare parts supplied by the manufacturer.

Cleaning and care

  • Use a damp, lint-free cloth to clean the  product.

Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which you may dispose of at local recycling facilities.
Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details of how to dispose of your worn-out product.

The product incl. accessories and packaging materials are recyclable and are subject to extended producer responsibility.
Dispose them separately, following the illustrated Info-tri (sorting information), for better waste treatment.
The Triman logo is valid in France only.

Warranty

The product has been manufactured to strict quality guidelines and meticulously examined before delivery. In the event of material or manufacturing defects you have legal rights against the retailer of this product. Your legal rights are not limited in any way by our warranty detailed below. The warranty for this product is 3 years from the date of purchase. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Keep the original sales receipt in a safe location as this document is required as proof of purchase.

Any damage or defects already present at the time of purchase must be reported without delay after unpacking the product. Should the product show any fault in materials or manufacture within 3 years from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace it – at our choice – free of charge to you. The warranty period is not extended as a result of a claim being granted. This also applies to replaced and repaired parts. This warranty becomes void if the product has been damaged, or used or maintained improperly.

The warranty covers material or manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover product parts subject to normal wear and tear, thus considered consumables (e.g. batteries, rechargeable batteries, tubes, cartridges), nor damage to fragile parts, e.g. switches or glass parts.

You will find the item number on the rating plate, an engraving, on the front page of the instructions for use (bottom left), or as a sticker on the rear or bottom of the product. If functional or other defects occur, please contact the service department listed either by telephone or by e-mail. You can return a defective product to us free of charge to the service address that will be provided to you. Ensure that you enclose the proof of purchase (till receipt) and information about what the defect is and when it occurred.
