Product Usage Instructions
Assembly:
- Connect the steel poles by joining the three parts of each pole.
- Insert the connected steel poles into the tunnels of the windbreak.
- Secure the guy ropes around the pole tips and fix them with ground pegs for stability.
Disassembly:
To disassemble, follow the assembly steps in reverse order.
Cleaning and Storage:
After use, clean the product as needed and store it in a dry place to prevent
damage.

Never leave children unattended with the packaging material or the product.
There is a danger of suffocation.
- This product may be used by children aged 8 years and up, as well as by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capacities, or those lacking experience and/or knowledge, as long as they are supervised or instructed in the safe use of the product and they understand the associated risks. Do not allow children to play with the product. Never allow children to clean or maintain this product unsupervised.
- The product is not a climbing frame or toy! Make sure that nobody stands or pulls themselves up on the product; this applies particularly to children. The product may fall over.
- Store the carrying bag out of the reach of children.
- ATTENTION! Do not use an open fire within or near the product!
- ATTENTION! The product must not be completely closed whilst people are inside.
- FIRE HAZARD! Keep the product away from open flames, barbecues, or patio heaters.
- This product may only be erected by an adult.
- Check the product regularly for damages or signs of wear and tear. Only use the product if it is in perfect condition.
- There is a risk of injury if the product is not erected properly. Damaged parts can impact the safety and function. Damaged parts must not be used.
- Keep the product away from sharp, pointed, hot, and/or dangerous objects.
- To avoid damage, do not hang anything from the product.
- Verify the product is stable before use.
- Select a piece of land that is as flat and firm as possible to erect the product.
- Never hammer the ground pegs into the ground with force!
- If the product is secured using ground pegs, it poses a trip hazard.
- Regularly monitor the intactness of the product and check that the ground pegs are firmly positioned.
- Do not remove any sewn-in labels, type plates, or instructions.
Take weather conditions into account
- Remove the product if the wind picks up or other adverse weather conditions.
- The product should not be exposed to direct sunlight whilst in storage.
- Dismantle the product if wind speeds higher than 28 km/h are forecast (fresh wind, larger branches, and trees are moving and the wind is audible).
- Do not use the product as protection during storms.
Assembling the product
Note:
Due to its size, the product should be assembled by at least two people.
Person Required
- Take the windshield [1] out of the carrying bag [2] and fold it out completely (see Fig. B).
- Each steel pole [5] consists of three parts that are connected. Assemble the individual steel poles [5] (see Fig. C).
- Push the steel poles [5] with the pole tips [5a]first into the tunnels [1a] on the windshield [1](see Fig. D).
- With a partner, stand the product up and hold it firmly in place.
- Place the loops [7a] of two guy ropes [7] overthe first pole tip [5a] (see Fig. D).
- Place the tab [1b] over the pole tip [5a](see Fig. D).
- Fix the ends of the guy ropes [7] in the ground to the left and right of the product, using an on-ground peg [3] per rope (see Fig. E).
- Push the slider [7b] on the guy rope [7] towards the windshield [1] until the guy rope [7] is caught and no longer sags.
- Repeat step 7 for all four pole tips [5a].
- Fix the rubber loops [1c] under the windshield [1], using one ground peg [3] per tube (see Fig. E).
Note:
The guy ropes [7] act to stabilize the product.
IMPORTANT!
Make sure that no one trips over the guy ropes [7] or the ground.
Dismantling the product
Dismantle the product in the reverse order described in the chapter
“Assembling the product“.
Cleaning and storage
- Do not use chemicals, abrasives, or sharp objects for cleaning.
- Only clean the product with a damp cloth and wipe dry.
- Always store the dry and clean product at room temperature when it is not in use.
Disposal
- The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which you may dispose of at local recycling facilities.
- Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details on how to dispose of your worn-out product.
- The products incl. accessories and packaging materials are recyclable and are subject to extended producer responsibility.
- Dispose of them separately, following the illustrated Info-tri (sorting information), for better waste treatment.
- The Triman logo is valid in France only.
Warranty
- The product has been manufactured to strict quality guidelines and meticulously examined before delivery. In the event of material or manufacturing defects, you have legal rights against the retailer of this product. Your legal rights are not limited in any way by our warranty detailed below.
- The warranty for this product is 3 years from the date of purchase. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Keep the original sales receipt in a safe location as this document is required as proof of purchase.
- Any damage or defects already present at the time of purchase must be reported without delay after unpacking the product.
- Should the product show any fault in materials or manufacture within 3 years from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace it – at our choice – free of charge to you. The warranty period is not extended as a result of a claim being granted. This also applies to replaced and repaired parts.
- This warranty becomes void if the product has been damaged, used, or maintained improperly.
- The warranty covers material or manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover product parts subject to normal wear and tear, thus considered consumables (e.g. batteries, rechargeable batteries, tubes, cartridges), nor damage to fragile parts, e.g. switches or glass parts.
Warranty claim procedure
To ensure the quick processing of your case, please follow the following instructions:
- Please have the till receipt and the item number (IAN 445229_2307) available as proof of purchase.
- You will find the item number on the rating plate, an engraving, on the front page of the instructions for use (bottom left), or as a sticker on the rear or bottom of the product.
- If functional or other defects occur, please contact the service department listed either by telephone or by e-mail.
- You can return a defective product to us free of charge to the service address that will be provided to you. Ensure that you enclose the proof of purchase (till receipt) and information about what the defect is and when it occurred.
