Safety instructions
WARNING! There is a risk of electric shock! Never open or repair the
mobile phone or components yourself. Never touch bare contacts with metal
objects. Never insert or remove the charging adapter with wet hands.
WARNING! There is a risk of suffocation! Keep the mobile phone,
components, packaging and protective film as well as batteries away from
children! Keep the mobile phone and accessories out of the reach of children.
CAUTION! Choking hazard due to small parts, batteries and rechargeable
batteries. Keep children away from small parts, batteries and rechargeable

If swallowed, consult a doctor immediately.
CAUTION! There are various hazards when handling rechargeable batteries.
Please observe the following instructions:
- Do not short-circuit or open the battery. Overheating, fire hazard or explosion may result.
- Improper handling of rechargeable batteries can endanger your health and the environ- ment. Rechargeable batteries can contain toxic and environmentally harmful heavy metals (Cd = cadmium, Hg = mercury, Pb = lead).
- Never throw batteries into fire or water and/or subject them to mechanical stress.
- Leaking batteries can damage your device. Remove leaking batteries from the device immediately to prevent damage. Use protective gloves when handling damaged or leaking batteries and avoid any contact with skin, eyes and mucous membranes.
- Avoid extreme conditions and temperatures, e.g. from radiators or direct sunlight.
- Switch off the device and remove the battery if you will not be using the device for a longer period of time.
- You are legally obliged to dispose of rechargeable batteries at your dealer or via the collection points provided by the responsible waste disposal organisation. Dispose of the rechargeable battery separately from the device.
CAUTION! Risk of injury to the retina. The torch LED is very bright and
can damage your eyes. Do not look directly into the torch LED when the torch
is switched on.
CAUTION! Reduce exposure to radio waves. Use a suitable headset for longer
phone calls. Do not keep the mobile phone close to your head.
CAUTION! The ringing tone is played back via the loudspeaker. Answer the
call first and then hold the mobile phone to your ear. This will prevent any
possible damage to your hearing.
IMPORTANT! Only use original accessories. Only connect accessories
approved by the manufacturer.
IMPORTANT! Telephoning while driving is only permitted in compliance with
country-specific regulations.
IMPORTANT! Do not use the mobile phone in prohibited areas. Prohibited
areas may include hospitals, petrol stations, aircraft, etc. Follow the local
regulations!
IMPORTANT! Do not rely solely on your mobile phone for security in
emergencies!For technical reasons, it is not possible to guarantee secure
connections in every situation.
IMPORTANT! Protect your device against moisture, dust, liquids, chemicals,
vapours, heat and direct sunlight. Your mobile phone is not waterproof.
Intended use
This mobile phone is suitable for use within a mobile phone network. Any other use is considered improper use. Unauthorised modifications or conversions are not permitted. Never open the device yourself and do not attempt to repair it yourself.

First steps
The operating instructions are an integral part of this product. It contains
important information on safety,
use and disposal. Familiarise yourself with all operating and safety
instructions before using the product. Only use the product as described and
for the specified areas of application.
Hand over all documents when passing the product on to third parties.
Insert SIM card
Before you can use your mobile phone, you must insert a SIM card (not included in the scope of delivery) into your mobile phone. Only use SIM cards in the format shown (standard SIM).
- Remove the cover from the battery compartment. Use the recess on the bottom left-hand side to do this.
- Insert your SIM card into the SIM 1 slot under the metal holder. Pay attention to the orientation of the SIM card.
Insert microSD memory card (optional)
If you want to expand the memory of your mobile phone, you can insert a microSD memory card (not included) with up to 16 GB memory into your mobile phone.
- Slide the metal cover of the microSD compartment in the direction of the arrow. Fold up the metal cover.
- Insert the microSD memory card into the compartment with the contacts facing downwards. Pay attention to the orientation of the microSD memory card.
- Close the metal cover. Slide the metal cover in the direction of the arrow to close the microSD compartment.
Insert battery
Before you can use your mobile phone, insert the supplied battery into your mobile phone.
- Insert the battery with the contacts facing downwards as shown. Pay attention to the orientation of the battery.
- Replace the battery compartment cover. You will hear the battery compartment cover click into place.
CAUTION! Do not remove the battery while the mobile phone is charging. Remove the charging cable from your mobile phone before replacing or removing the battery.
Charge battery

Connect the power supply unit to the desktop charger.

Connect the power supply unit to a properly installed socket.

Place your mobile phone in the desktop charger.
CAUTION! Do not remove the battery while the mobile phone is charging. Remove the charging cable from your mobile phone before replacing or removing the battery. Do not leave your mobile phone unattended while charging. -
When your phone‘s battery is fully charged, remove it from the desktop charger. This allows you to reduce your power consumption.
Switch on mobile phone
Press the Hang up button for 4 seconds. Your mobile phoneis switched on. After a short time, the display shows the start screen.
Switch off mobile phone
Press the Hang up button for 2 seconds. Select [Yes]. Your mobile phone is
switched off. The display goes out.
IMPORTANT! If your mobile phone is switched off,you cannot use the
emergency call function (via the emergency call button).
Operating mobile phone
Use the following buttons to navigate through the menu on your mobile phone. Depending on the menu, some keys have a double assignment. Detailed information can be found in the detailed operating instructions at www .olympia-vertrieb.de.
On the start screen (up): Contacts, FM radio, Settings, Multimedia, Organizer,

If you want to accept, end or reject calls, use the following buttons:
Answer call / Open All calls End call / Reject incoming call
If you want to enter phone numbers or digits or delete entries, use the
following keys: Keyboard for entering numbers or letters / special characters

To unlock the key lock, use the following buttons: Briefly press the Accept button Press the star button immediately afterwards
Overview of the most important functions
You will see bracketed texts in the following operating steps. These are the texts that you see on the display of your mobile phone.
Set language
- Press the navigation button up to open the main menu.
- Navigate to [Settings] [Phone settings] [Language] [OK].
- Select the required language and select [OK].
Setting time and date
- Press the navigation button up to open the main menu.
- Navigate to [Settings] [Phone settings] [Time and date] [Set time/date] [OK].
- Enter the current time and date and select [Save].
Add contacts to the phone book
You can save up to 300 contacts in your phone book and 250 on your SIM card.
- Press the Hang up button to open the Contacts menu.
- Navigate to [Add new contact] and press the Accept button.
- Select [Select] and confirm with the Accept button.
- Select [Name] and enter the name.
- Select [Number] and enter the phone number.
- Press the Accept button and select [Save].
Call contacts from the phone book
- Press the Hang up button to open the Contacts menu.
- Select the required contact.
- Press the Accept button and select [Call]. The phone number is dialled.
- Use the navigation keys up/down to change the volume during a call.
Direct dialling buttons
Press the direct dialling button M1 or M2 to call a stored contact.
Assign direct dialling buttons
- Press the Hang up button to open the Contacts menu.
- Select [Options] [Phonebook settings] [M1 M2] [OK].
- Select [M1 Number] or [M2 Number] and then [Options]
- Select [Add from Phonebook] [Select].
- Navigate to the desired contact and confirm with [OK].
Emergency call button (emergency call function)
You can trigger an emergency call using the emergency call button (SOS) on the
back of your mobile phone. An alarm signal sounds first. Emergency text
messages are then sent to the numbers saved for this purpose. These are then
called in hands-free mode one after the other for 30 seconds. All numbers
saved for this purpose are called up to three times. Save up to 5 phone
numbers that you want to assign to the emergency call function. Detailed
information on the emergency call function can be found in the detailed

Switch on the emergency call function
- Press the navigation button up to open the main menu.
- Navigate to [Settings] [SOS Settings] [Status].
- Select [On].

Navigate to [Settings] [SOS Settings] [SOS Number] [OK].
IMPORTANT! Do not assign official emergency numbers. A false alarm causes considerable costs, which could be charged to you. -
Select a free memory location and select [Options].

Select [Edit] or [Add from Phonebook].

Enter the phone number or select a contact from your phone book.

Select [Options] [Done] or select [OK].
Trigger emergency call function
- Press and hold the emergency call button (SOS) (14) to trigger the emergency call.
IMPORTANT! If you want to cancel the triggered emergency call, press and hold the emergency call button or press the Hang up button as soon as [Abort] appears on the display.
Bluetooth
With the Bluetooth function, a standard for wireless data transmission, you can, for example, connect compatible headphones to your mobile phone wirelessly.
Switch Bluetooth on / off
- Press the navigation button up to open the main menu.
- Navigate to [Settings] [Connectivity] [Bluetooth] [OK].
- Select [Power] and switch between [On] and [Off].

Torch
Press and hold the 0 button to switch the torch (11) on or off. CAUTION!
Risk of injury to the retina. The torch LED is very bright and can damage your
eyes. Do not look directly into the torch LED when the torch is switched on.

Delete personal data
Make sure that you remove your personal data from the device before you pass it on to third parties or dispose of it. To do this, reset your device to the factory settings and remove the SIM card.
Regular maintenance and care
Switch off the unit. Clean the surface of the housing with a soft, dry, lint- free cloth. Do not use any solvents or cleaning agents.

please return the device together with the receipt and original packing
material to the point of sale.
