Product Usage Instructions

Changing PU Baffle to Plastic Baffle

  1. Remove the tray from the storage unit.
  2. Unscrew the protective shelf using a screwdriver.
  3. Take out the PU baffle carefully.
  4. Insert the plastic baffle in the designated slot.
  5. Secure the plastic baffle in place by using screws to tighten the protective shelf.

  • Read through each step carefully and follow the proper order.
  • Remove all packaging, separate, and count all parts and hardware before installation.
  • Please ensure that all parts are correctly installed, incorrect installation can lead to a danger.
  • We recommend that, where possible, all items are assembled near the area in which they will be placed in use, to avoid moving the product unnecessarily once assembled. Ensure a secure surface during installation, and always place the product on a flat, steady, and stable surface.

High chair parts

Please check each part prior to assembly. Do not use the product if any part is broken or missing.

Assembly

  1. Assemble the four (4) legs by joining the upper and lower legs according to the marks (A/B/C/D).(Fig-1)

  2. Screw the four (4) legs into the seat bottom. (Fig-2, Fig-3) Do not screw too tight for next step.

  3. Install the two (2) leg supports and footrest by using screws ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’ and the nuts. (Fig-4)

  4. Begin by joining the two (2) leg supports using screw ‘C’ and a nut through the center hole. The holes on the leg supports should extend downwards.

  5. Next, install the footrest onto the front side of chair. Screws ‘A’ (the two longer screws) need to pass through the footrest, then the chair leg and the leg support before securing with a nut. The leg support with the “O” marking should be on the left-hand
    side. (Fig-5) Adjust the chair leg by twisting it to align the hole for the screw.

  6. Finally, attach the leg supports to the back legs using screws ‘B’ (the two shorter screws) and the remaining nuts. (Fig-6)

  7. Put the tray on the handrail. (Fig-7)

  8. Press the tray to make sure it is securely locked in place. (Fig-8)

If you want to change PU baffle to the plastic baffle, please follow the below steps.

  1. Taking off the tray, Screwing out the protective shelf, then removing PU baffle. (Fig-9, Fig-10)
  2. Putting plastic baffle in, then Using screws tighten the protective shelf. (Fig-11)

WARNING: Use the safety harness at all times The harness must always be used and correctly fitted – most injuries from highchairs are caused by falls.

A five-point safety harness is provided to restrain your child. To secure your child in the harness

  1. Push buckles (A) and (B) into the buckle housing (C) until the buckle prongs click into position.
  2. Carefully adjust the harness by pulling the sliders (D) until the desired fit is achieved in the lap, shoulders and crotch strap.

To remove your child from the harness

  1. Release the buckles (A) and (B) by squeezing the top and bottom prongs on either side of the buckle housing (C).
  2. Remove the shoulder straps and lift the child out of the high chair.

WARNING
FALL HAZARD : Children have suffered severe head injuries including skull fractures when falling from high chairs. Falls can happen suddenly if child is not restrained properly.

  • Always use restraints, Adjust to fit snugly.
  • The tray is not designed to hold the child in a chair.
  • Stay near and watch child during use.
  • Never leave the child unattended.
  • The child should be secured in the high chair at all times by the restraint system.
  • It is recommended that the high chair be used only by children capable of sitting upright unassisted.
  • The harness must always be used and correctly fitted – most injuries from highchairs are caused by falls.
  • Follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Do not use the product until the child can sit up unaided.
  • Use on a flat, even and horizontal floor and never use near stairs.
  • Do not elevate the highchair on any structure or table.
  • Prevent your child from climbing on the product or standing on the seat.
  • To reduce the risk of injury, position the highchair away from furniture, walls, hot surfaces and liquids, window covering cords, and electrical cords and position the highchair away from furniture when the chair is not being used.
  • Position the highchair away from solid structures and benches to avoid injuries caused by falls and by access to dangerous items.
  • Be aware of the risk of tilting when your child can push their feet against a table or any other structure.
  • Do not use the product unless all components are correctly fitted and adjusted.
  • Do not use the product if any part is broken, torn or missing
  • High chair is intended for children able to sit up unaided and up to 3 years or a maximum weight of 33 lbs (15 kg).

CLEANING AND CARE

  • To prolong the life of your high chair keep it clean and do not leave it in direct sunlight for extended periods of time.
  • In some climates the fabric cover may be affected by mould and mildew. To help prevent this occurring, store the high chair in a well-ventilated area.
  • To maintain the safety of your high chair, seek prompt repairs for bent, torn, worn or broken parts. Use only those parts approved by the manufacturer.
  • Always check parts regularly for tightness of screws, nuts and other fasteners – tighten if required.
  • If the high chair is not working correctly stop using the high chair and seek repair.

Return / Damage Claim Instructions

  • DO NOT discard the box / original packaging.
    In case a return is required, the item must be returned in original box. Without this your return will not be accepted.

  • Take a photo of the box markings.
    A photo of the markings (text) on the side of the box is required in case a part is needed for replacement. This helps our staff identify your product number to ensure you receive the correct parts.

  • Take a photo of the damaged part (if applicable).
    A photo of the damage is always required to file a claim and get your replacement or refund processed quickly. Please make sure you have the box even if it is damaged.

  • Send us an email with the images requested.
    Email us directly from marketplace where your item was purchased with the attached images and a description of your claim.
