Setting Up
- Unbox your Poly Voyager 4320 USB-C Headset + BT700 dongle.
- Charge the headset using the provided cable or place it on the desktop charge stand.
- Insert the BT700 dongle into a USB-C port on your device.
- Turn on the headset by pressing the power button.
Pairing with Devices
- Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your computer or mobile device.
- Press and hold the Pairing button on the headset until the LED indicator flashes.
- Select “Poly Voyager 4320” from the list of available devices on your device’s Bluetooth settings.
- Your headset is now paired and ready to use.
Using the Headset
- To answer or end a call, press the corresponding button on the headset.
- To adjust the volume, use the Volume +/- buttons on the headset.
- To mute/unmute the microphone, press the Mute button.
Charging and Battery Life
- To extend talk time, use the desktop charge stand or connect the headset in corded USB mode.
- The headset offers up to 24 hours of talk time on a full charge.
