SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNINGS

  • Place the product on a flat and solid surface and keep at least 0.6 m free space around the product.
  • Kids can move around this product only under adult supervision.
  • Use only a well-grounded socket and proper power cord.
  • Pull out the plug after every use or during maintenance to avoid injury or damaging the product.
  • Please use this product according to the manual.
  • Do not use unauthorized modifications or accessories.
  • Only for indoor use.
  • Before first use, please read the manual carefully.
  • Use this product as described in the manual.
  • The recommended maximum use time is 20 minutes.
  • Do not use the device if it is damaged. (frame, leather, etc.)

POSITION OF MASSAGE CHAIR

  • Do not use the chair in high temperatures or moist environments (e.g. bathroom).
  • Do not use the chair immediately after the temperature change.
  • Do not use it in dust or impropriety rooms.
  • It is important to secure enough space and ventilation.

PEOPLE THAT SHOULD NOT USE THE PRODUCT

  • People suffering from osteoporosis.
  • People who have heart problems or are using electronic medical equipment (e.g. peacemaker).
  • People suffering from fever.
  • Pregnant women.
  • People suffering from skin diseases.
  • Kids younger than 14 years old or people suffering from mental illness can use this product only under adult supervision.
  • People who are recommended rest by the doctor or people suffering from sickness.
  • Do not use this chair if you have a wet body.
  • Do not use the heat function if you are heat-sensitive.

SAFETY

  • Maintenance should be done only by a qualified person. Users should not disassemble the chair or do the maintenance by themselves.
  • After every use unplug the cord.
  • Do not use the product if the power cord, plug, or socket is damaged.
  • If you are not using the chair for a long period, store it in a clean and dry place and secure the power cord.
  • Do not expose the chair to high temperatures, or direct sunlight, and do not place the chair near a heat source.
  • If the power cord, plug, or socket is damaged, ask a professional or qualified person for help.
  • For cleaning use a wet sponge only. Do not use thinner, gasoline, or alcohol for cleaning.
  • Mechanical parts are assembled and made to require minimum maintenance.
  • Pay extra attention to not damage the chair with sharp objects.
  • Do not push the chair on uneven ground, always pick the chair up and then move.
  • Do not let the chair work for long periods.

COMMON PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

  • Commonly, the motor is making sounds.
  • If the chair is not working, please check the power cord, plug and socket and that the switch is ON.
  • After the massage time is over the massage chair will turn OFF. The product will automatically shut down if it is overheated – wait at least half an hour before next massage.
  • Do not leave children unattended around the chair. Improper sitting or climbing on the chair can cause the chair to tip over or the child to fall
  • Before use, remove all items from your pockets (mainly keys, cell phone, etc.)

PULL OUT THE FOOTREST

  • Fold out the footrest (fig. 1).
  • Pull the footrest forward 5 cm (fig. 2).

PLACING

  • Make sure there is at least 30 cm of free space behind the chair.
  • Do not expose the chair to high temperatures and direct sunlight. We recommend using a mat or carpet under the chair.

LIFTING THE CHAIR

  • Only place the chair on a solid floor with floor protection. Pay attention to the limbs and other parts of the body when lifting. Ask another person for help. Lift and place the chair carefully.

MOVE THE CHAIR

  • Use the wheels to move. Tilt the chair to 45° as shown.
  • Make sure you switch off the chair and pull the plug from the power supply before moving it.
  • Make sure there are no obstacles, other people, or pets in the way.
  • Do not cross obstacles higher than 2 mm and wider than 5 mm.
  • Do not move the chair on wheels further than 50 m from the destination location.

REMOVING THE HEADREST AND BACKREST

  • For a greater change in the intensity of the massage, you can remove or attach the head and backrests (however, we recommend keeping the rests). The rests are attached with zippers.

USE

  • Press the switch to start the chair, the chair will automatically recline, and the default program will start.
  • You will hear a sound signal (HH will be shown on the display), you can adjust the position of the massage heads in the shoulder area up and down using the buttons. If the position is not adjusted for 5 seconds, the massage will start.
  • The default massage after startup is automatic massage, but you can choose another one.

Adjusting the chair’s incline

BLUETOOTH SPEAKER

  • Turn on Bluetooth on your smart device and search for a new device.
  • The chair is marked IMC-XXXX (X is the serial number). Pair your device.

SWITCHING OFF THE CHAIR

  • Press the power button on the controller. The massage turns off and all adjustable parts return to their original positions.
  • If the massage is turned off after the timer runs out, all adjustable parts will remain in the same position.
  • After turning off the chair via the remote control, turn off the chair at the main switch and disconnect from the power supply.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  • Do not use solvents.
  • Use only products intended for leather treatment.
  • You can clean the leather using a solution of 3% – 5% dissolved mild detergent (soap) in water. Clean the surface and then dry with a soft cloth.
  • Do not use a hair dryer to dry.
  • Some dyed fabrics can stain the leather.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem: Unable to move back and footrest. A beep sounds when the button is pressed.
Solution: Due to the design of the chair, the chair has a limit of adjustment of parts. A beep will sound if you reach the limit.

Problem: The function does not start after starting the chair.
Solution: After starting the chair, it is necessary to select the program manually. If the chair is not in use for 20 minutes, it will automatically turn off. If you select the manual program and do not set all functions, these functions will be inactive.
Problem: The leather rubs against each other when adjusting the backrest positions.
Solution: Due to the materials used, friction is a common phenomenon. However, if you hear tearing noises, stop operation immediately and contact the service center.
Problem: The massage does not reach the shoulders or neck.
Solution: Adjust the position of the heads or adjust your seating position.
Problem: The power cord is hot or damaged. Solution: Stop the use immediately and contact the service center.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY, WARRANTY CLAIMS

  • General Conditions of Warranty and Definition of Terms
  • All Warranty Conditions stated here under determine Warranty Coverage and Warranty Claim Procedure.
  • Conditions of Warranty and Warranty Claims are governed by Act No. 89/2012 Coll. Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., Consumer Protection, as amended, also in cases that are not specified by these Warranty rules.
  • The seller is SEVEN SPORT s.r.o. with its registered office in Strakonická Street 1151/2c, Prague 150 00, Company Registration Number: 26847264, registered in the Trade Register at Regional Court in Prague, Section C, Insert No. 116888.
  • According to valid legal regulations, it depends on whether the Buyer is the End Customer or not.
  • “The Buyer who is the End Customer” or simply the “End Customer” is the legal entity that does not conclude and execute the Contract to run or promote his own trade or business activities.
  • “The Buyer who is not the End Customer” is a Businessman who buys Goods or uses services to use the Goods or services for his business activities. The Buyer conforms to the General Purchase Agreement and business conditions.
  • These Conditions of Warranty and Warranty Claims are an integral part of every Purchase Agreement made between the Seller and the Buyer.
  • All Warranty Conditions are valid and binding unless otherwise specified in the Purchase Agreement, in the Amendment to this Contract, or another written agreement.

Warranty Conditions

Warranty Period

  • The Seller provides the Buyer a 24-month Warranty for Goods Quality unless otherwise specified in the Certificate of Warranty, Invoice, Bill of Delivery, or other documents related to the Goods. The legal warranty period provided to the Consumer is not affected.
  • By the Warranty for Goods Quality, the Seller guarantees that the delivered Goods shall be, for a certain period, suitable for regular or contracted use and that the Goods shall maintain its regular or contracted features.

Batteries

  • 6-month battery warranty – we guarantee that the battery’s nominal capacity does not fall below 70% of its total capacity within 6 months of the product’s sale.

The Warranty does not cover defects resulting from (if applicable):

  • User’s fault, i.e. product damage caused by unqualified repair work, improper assembly, insufficient insertion of seat post into frame, insufficient tightening of pedals and cranks
  • Improper maintenance
  • Mechanical damages
  • Regular use (e.g. wearing out of rubber and plastic parts, moving mechanisms, joints, wear of brake pads/blocks, chain, tires, cassette/multi-wheel, etc.)
  • Unavoidable event, natural disaster
  • Adjustments made by an unqualified person
  • Improper maintenance, improper placement, damages caused by low or high temperature, water, inappropriate pressure, shocks, intentional changes in design or construction, etc.

Warranty Claim Procedure

  • The Buyer is obliged to check the Goods delivered by the Seller immediately after taking responsibility for the Goods and their damages, i.e. immediately after its delivery.
  • The Buyer must check the Goods so that he discovers all the defects that can be discovered by such a check.
  • When making a Warranty Claim the Buyer is obliged, on request of the Seller, to prove the purchase and validity of the claim by the Invoice or Bill of Delivery that includes the product’s serial number, or eventually by the documents without the serial number.
  • If the Buyer does not prove the validity of the Warranty Claim by these documents, the Seller has the right to reject the Warranty Claim.
  • If the Buyer gives notice of a defect that is not covered by the Warranty (e.g. in the case that the Warranty Conditions were not fulfilled or in the case of reporting the defect by mistake etc.), the Seller is eligible to require compensation for all the costs arising from the repair.
  • The cost shall be calculated according to the valid pricelist of services and transport costs.
  • If the Seller finds out (by testing) that the product is not damaged, the Warranty Claim is not accepted. The Seller reserves the right to claim compensation for costs arising from the false Warranty Claim.
  • In case the Buyer claims the Goods that are legally covered by the Warranty provided by the Seller, the Seller shall fix the reported defects employing repair or by the exchange of the damaged part or product for a new one.
  • Based on the agreement of the Buyer, the Seller has the right to exchange the defective Goods for fully compatible Goods of the same or better technical characteristics. The Seller is entitled to choose the form of the Warranty Claim Procedures described in this paragraph.
  • The Seller shall settle the Warranty Claim within 30 days after the delivery of the defective Goods unless a longer period has been agreed upon.
  • The day when the repaired or exchanged Goods are handed over to the Buyer is considered to be the day of the Warranty Claim settlement.
  • When the Seller is not able to settle the Warranty Claim within the agreed period due to the specific nature of the Goods defect, he and the Buyer shall agree on an alternative solution.
  • In case such an agreement is not made, the Seller is obliged to provide the Buyer with financial compensation in the form of a refund.
