- Ensure that the main power supply voltage matches the value indicated on the rating plate on the bottom of the machine.

- Do not attempt to repair or modify the machine, as doing so will void the warranty. Repair should only be done by authorized service personnel.

- Do not modify the technical settings of the machine, as this may cause serious harm, and we will not be responsible for any resulting damages.
- The machine is not suitable for use by individuals with physical, emotional, or mental deficiencies, including children, unless they are under the direct supervision of a guardian.
- Please take care to avoid water entering the machine and touching the electrical parts, as this may cause a short circuit.
- Do not use the machine when there is a water shortage. When filling the water tank, please remove it from the coffee machine to prevent water from entering the machine, as any water that enters the interior can cause damage not covered by the warranty.
NOTE
- To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not remove the cover or exterior of the unit.
- Keep the machine away from heat sources to avoid damage to its surface.
- Please read and carefully preserve the instruction manual.
- Keep the machine on a stable, dry, and ventilated desktop, out of the reach of children.
- Understand the power specifications before using the machine, and connect the power according to the requirements.
- The normal environmental temperature for use and storage is 0-45℃£®32℉ to +113℉),freezing temperatures may damage the machine.
- Please use room temperature water in the water container, as hot water may damage the machine.
- Please use a dry dishcloth to clean the machine.
- Take out the brewing unit and wash each unit only when the machine is powered off.
- Please send the machine for professional repair if it has a problem or if the electrical system is damaged.
- If you will not use the machine for a long period, please power it off and disconnect the plug.

BEFORE USE
CHECKING THE MACHINE
After removing the packaging, make sure the product is complete and undamaged
and that all accessories are present.
Do not use the machine if it is visibly damaged. Contact Pakroman Customer
Services.
INSTALLING THE MACHINE
ATTENTION
When installing the machine, please observe the following safety warnings:
- The machine generates heat. After placing the machine on the worktop, ensure there is a space of at least 1.18 in / 3 cm between the machine’s surfaces and the side and rear walls, and a space of at least 5.9 in / 15 cm above the coffee maker.
- Avoid placing the machine near taps or sinks to prevent water from penetrating the coffee machine and causing damage.
- To prevent damage from freezing, do not install the machine in a room where the temperature could drop below freezing point.
- Ensure that the power cord is arranged in a way that prevents it from being damaged by sharp edges or coming into contact with hot surfaces (e.g. electric hot plates).
CONNECTING THE MACHINE
- Ensure that the main power supply voltage matches the value indicated on the rating plate on the bottom of the machine.
- Connect the machine to an effectively grounded and properly installed socket with a minimum current rating of 10A only.
- If the power socket does not match the plug on the machine, have the socket replaced with a suitable type by a qualified professional.
CHECK TWICE BEFORE STARTING
- Please check and ensure that the brewing unit, dump container, and drip tray are in the correct positions and locked.
- To further enhance your coffee and to boost your machine’s efficiency, it is recommed to fill the water tank with clean water.
- Add more than 30g of coffee beans into the bean container for the first use.
- The machine has been factory-tested with coffee, so it is completely normal to find traces of coffee in the grinder.
- Upon first using the machine, it is necessary to brew 4-5 cups of coffee to begin achieving the desired quality.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
POWER ON COFFEE MACHINE

Please connect the power cord to the outlet. Upon doing so, the machine will automatically enter stand-by mode,indicated by the illumination of the power icon.

Press the power icon to initiate the machine’s self-test and self-cleaning,this process would last about 3 minutes.
ATTENTION
Please refrain from operating the machine or opening the side door during the aforementioned processes. -
Once all icons are lit, the machine is ready for use.
BASIC COFFEE MAKING
During the process, if you want to stop the operation,press the selected function icon again .
ATTENTION
After the coffee brewing process is complete, the brewing group will
automatically return to its original position. Please wait for this process to
finish before operating the coffee machine,do not press any button or open the
door.
MILK FOAM

To begin, press the Hot Milk icon ,it will start to flicker, indicating the boiler is heating to steam temperature.
Once the icon remains steadily lit, it signifies that the steam is ready for use. -
Press the Hot Milk icon again to start steaming. Place the steam wand into the milk to create foam. To cease steaming, press the icon once more.
ATTENTION
Stay away from the steam wand after using the steam function as it will be hot!
Perform a brief additional steaming to expel any milk left inside the steam wand. Afterwards, you can clean the exterior of the steam wand by using a cloth to wipe off any milk residue.

After completing the steam function, please press the hot water icon to initiate the machine’s automatic cooldown to the optimal coffee brewing temperature. During this process, the eight function icons will alternately flicker. Once they all remain steadily lit, the machine is ready to brew coffee.
GROUND COFFEE FUNCTION
- Press the ground coffee icon on the control panel. When the espresso and coffee icons are lit brightly for an extended period, the machine will enter ground coffee mode. Then, add one scoop of ground coffee into the bean container hole. At the same time, select the coffee icon you prefer (espresso or coffee), and the machine will automatically brew the coffee.
- Press the coffee icon you previously selected to stop the brewing process.
ATTENTION
After the coffee brewing process is complete, the brewing group will
automatically return to its original position.
Please wait for this process to finish before operating the coffee machine,do
not press any button or open the door.
CLEANING FUNCTION
- Press the clean icon on the control panel,the machine will start the cleaning.
- Press the clean icon again,stop the cleaning process.
ATTENTION
After the coffee brewing process is complete, the brewing group will
automatically return to its original position.

HOT WATER
Press the “hot water” button to dispense water from the steam wand (as shown in image 1). The default duration for water outlet is 60 seconds, and if you need to stop it, simply press the “hot water” button again.
If you haven’t cleaned the steam wand after using the milk function, it’s normal for some milk to come out together with the steam in the first 3 seconds.
ATTENTION
After the coffee brewing process is complete, the brewing group will
automatically return to its original position.

COFFEE SETTING

Coffee power setting
Press the On the control panel, will display the current powder volume. Press “+ or -” to adjust the powder volume within the range of 7-12g. Press the powder icon to confirm the settings and return to the main menu. -
Coffee temperature setting:
Press the on the control panel to display the current temperature. Use “+ or -” to adjust the temperature within the range of 75-95°C. Press the temperature icon to confirm the settings and return to the main menu. -
Coffee Volume setting:
Press the volume icon on the control panel to display the current volume. Use “+ or -” to adjust the volume. Press the volume icon to confirm the settings and return to the main menu.
DECALCIFICATION
-
Manually Decalcification
To manually decalcify the machine when it is in standby mode, please add descaling detergent into the water container.
Then, long-press the for more than five seconds to initiate the decalcification process. During this process, the and will flicker, and the machine will dispense 30ml of water from the steam wand and 30ml from the brewer, pause for 2 minutes, and complete 9 rounds with all indicator lights flickering. After changing the water in the container, please press the and the machine will automatically pump 200ml of clean water from the steam wand
and 200ml from the brewer to finish the decalcification process.
Note: The decalcification process will be stopped when you press -
Automatically Decalcification:
Once the volume reaches the set settings, all eight function lights will flicker(as shown image 2). Simply press any function icon to initiate the decalcification process, which is the same as the manual decalcification process described in section 2.1 The default setting is 20L, and you can adjust it using the “+ or -” buttons within the range of: OFF, 20L, 50L, 100L, 200L.
Press the and or more than five seconds to access the automatic
decalcification volume settings.

same as the manual decalcification process described in section 1.2.
FACTORY RESET
When the coffee machine is powered on, continue pressing the ground coffee and the clean icon for 5 seconds. The indicator lights will flicker for 2 seconds and then return to the main menu, indicating that the factory reset is complete and the machine is ready for use.
RESETTING THE BREWING GROUP POSITION
If the brewing group is blocked in the middle position and cannot be removed from the coffee machine, and the warning icon indicates “brewing group missing,” please continue pressing this icon for 3 seconds. The brewing group will return to its original position.
Please refrain from operating the machine while the brewing group is returning to its original position.
ENERGY SAVING
If the machine hasn’t been used for 30 minutes, it will enter energy-saving mode. To use it again, simply press the power button .
The factory default setting is 0.5 hours, with an adjustable range from
turning off to 0.5 hours, 4 hours, and 8 hours.
When the machine is powered on, long press the hot water icon and the hot milk
icon together to enter the auto-turn off setting menu. Press the “+” or “-”
buttons to adjust, then press the power icon to return to the main menu.
COFFEE POWDER FINENESS ADJUSTMENT KNOB
Please adjust the powder fineness while the grinder is working. If adjusted anti-clockwise, the powder size will be finer and the coffee taste will be stronger. If adjusted clockwise, the powder size will be coarser and the coffee taste will be weaker.
Note: After adjusting the powder fineness, the adjusted coffee effect will be noticeable from the third cup of coffee.
POWER OFF
Please press the power icon ,the machine will be powered off and enter standy-
by mode.
The machine wolud start a self-cleaning process before shuting down,please
wait for the whole process finished.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
DAILY MAINTENANCE

Water Tank:
The water tank should be cleaned daily. Fill it with fresh water before making coffee, and it’s best to keep the water temperature below 35°C and use pure water. -
Brewing Unit:
After daily household use, wash and clean the brewing unit. Under normal circumstances, use fresh water to clean it every two weeks. For restaurant use, it should be cleaned daily. -
Coffee Machine Cleaning:
If you will not be using the machine for an extended period, please clean the dump container, drip tray, and every part of the machine to keep it clean.
BREWING UNIT MAINTENANCE
Method to Remove the Brewing Unit:
- Open the side door and remove the waste coffee cake container and waste coffee powder container(image 3).2.
Hold the handle of the brewing unit,press down the ear of the funnel with your thumb, and then it can be drawn out M(image 4).
Method to Install the Brewing Unit:
The installation of the brewing unit is carried out in reverse order. When the
sound “kata” is heard, it indicates that the brewing unit has been
successfully installed. Next, put in the dump container and close the swing
door.
