Before we start, here are some things to be aware of:

Never spray flammable liquids or aerosol products on or near the motor due to risk of fire.
Please keep close supervision when the desk is used by, or near children.
DO NOT sit or stand on product due to risk of personal injury.
DO NOT open any electric components due to risk of electric shock.
Make sure that your desk path is cleared of obstacles.
DO NOT place objects taller than 600 mm underneath the tabletop due to risk of structural damage of desk and physical injuries of users.
Please keep the desk dry. It is intended for indoor use.
Any warranty or liability claims for damages or injuries caused by improper use of the desk will NOT be accepted.
For sit-stand desks, Koplus warrants to the original purchaser a 5 year warranty on the structure and a 2 year warranty on the motor, controller, switch, electronics and all other mechanical parts.
Koplus warranty is limited to replacement or repair and does not cover cost of transportation and labor. There are no other warranties expressed or implied other than those specifically described.

Plug in and start using Hop!
Please read through the controller introduction to learn about Hop’s functions and operations before you begin.

Main Menu

To access the main menu, press and hold the ? button (about 5 seconds) until the menu selection appears.
Use the buttons to scroll through the menu.
Press on the button to select.
To exit the menu, remain inactive for 5 seconds or select “Return”.

Memory Settings

Adjust the desk to your preferred height. Press the button then press any number, 1 or 2, to save.
You may save up to 2 positions.

Timer Settings

To set a sit/stand timer, select the “Timer” menu.
Use the buttons to select the preferred durati on.
To return to the main menu, remain inactive for 3 seconds or select “Return”.
When the set timer is up, the controller will vibrate and the button will flash red to prompt users to stand.
Once the desk is adjusted to 100cm and above, the ti mer will reset.

Max/Min Height Settings

Adjust the desk to the proffered maximum or minimum height.
To set the desk’s maximum or minimum height, select the “Max/Min Height” menu.
With the desk set at the proffered maximum or minimum height, select the “Max Height” or “Min Height” menu.

Handset Lock

To activate handset lock, select the “Handset Lock” menu then select “Lock”. Select “Unlock do deactive.
While the handset lock is activated, the handset will be automatically locked after l O seconds of inactivity.
To unlock, press on any button to prompt the unlock instructi ons. Press on buttons in the order indicated on the LED display
