Product Usage Instructions

Setting up Wi-Fi:

1. Download the ‘BASENGREEN’ app from Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).
2. Turn on Bluetooth and search for the product’s Bluetooth code.
3. Upon launching the app, click on the ‘Paraeter Page’ in the bottom right corner.
4. Swipe left to find ‘Set up WIFI’ and enter the unlock code ‘888888’.
5. Enter the Wi-Fi name and password for the battery’s location (ensure it’s a 2.4GHz network) and click ‘Set Up’.
6. Proceed to log in to PC servers using the provided website, account, and password.

Monitoring Battery Status:

1. Navigate to the ‘Project Management’ section on the website.
2. Select the project ‘BASEN123’ to access the query page.
3. Enter the Serial Number (SN) to inquire about the battery status.
4. Update the device name and location as needed.
5. After successful configuration, refresh the page to see the online status change to ‘Online’.
6. You can now monitor battery status and information remotely.

Operation of Wi-Fi

BASENGREEN 48V battery pack is equipped with a Wi-Fi function, supports PC remote monitoring of multiple places, multiple battery statuses, and viewing historical data.

1. For Android users, please visit the Google Play Store and search for ‘BASENGREEN’. For iOS users, go to the APP STORE and look up ‘BASENGREEN’.
2. Turn on Bluetooth and search for the corresponding product’s Bluetooth code
3. The page automatically redirects to the homepage
4. Click on the fourth item in the bottom right corner-Paraeter Page
5. Swipe left to find ‘Set up WIFI’. Set unlock code is 888888
6. Please enter the WIFI name and password for the location where the battery is situated. Ensure the network frequency is 2.4GHz, as other frequencies may lead to connection failure. After entering the details, click ‘Set Up’. Note that there will be no confirmation page to indicate success.

Now, you can monitor the battery’s status and information from any location using this website. The WiFi module is successfully connected to your home WiFi network and will upload information to the cloud every half hour.
