Product usage steps
- Open the remote control box, take out the receiver, check that the appearance is not damaged, confirm the voltage level of the receiver, connect the outlet wire of the receiver to the control box according to the wire number, and then fix the receiver in the appropriate position;
- Take out the transmitter and check that the appearance is not damaged. Make sure that the red emergency stop button on the top of the transmitter should be in the open position and not in the pressed position. Use a tool to open the battery compartment on the back of the transmitter, insert the battery, keep the transmitter powered on, and press the OPEN button to start the operation.
A. Please read the user manual carefully before operating the machine.
- a. When our company’s products leave the factory, each unit has undergone strict testing and can be used normally as long as it is properly installed.
- b. Before installation, check whether the program codes of the transmitter and receiver are consistent.
- c. After use, turn off the main power supply of the crane and cut off the power supply of the receiver to avoid accidents.
- d. Do not disassemble the machine without professional personnel.
- e. Anti-fall transmitter refers to natural falling during normal use; waterproof refers to normal use, excluding long-term immersion in water; anti-corrosion refers to general acid-base environments, excluding strong acid-base environments and hydrofluoric acid environments.
- f. The normal operating temperature of this machine is – 25°to +70°. it is strictly prohibited to use it beyond this range.
B. Installation of receiver
a. The installation of the receiver requires a professional electrician’s
operation. Refer to the wiring diagram of the machine for installation.
b. The receiver power supply is divided into two types: direct current
(DC) and alternating current (AC). Before installation, you must confirm
whether the connected voltage is the same as the set voltage of the machine.
c. The receiver should be fixed outside the electric control box and
cannot be blocked, and then the output wire should be passed into the electric
control box for standard connection.
d. The receiver needs to be installed away from transformers, motors, and
high-voltage cables to avoid signal interference. It cannot be installed on
objects with a shielding effect, such as concrete, steel, etc. Devices with
the same frequency cannot be used within a range of 200 meters to avoid mutual
interference of wireless signals.
e. After installation, be sure to check whether the wiring is correct and
whether the connection is firm.
C. Use of transmitter
- a. Insert the No.5 alkaline battery with sufficient power into the transmitter in the correct direction, and turn on the emergency stop switch. After the power is turned on, the indicator light flashes green, which means it is normal. When the voltage is insufficient, the indicator light flashes red or the indicator light does not light up. The battery should be replaced immediately.
- b. Be sure to press the battery cover tightly to prevent water ingress.
- c. After the operation is completed, press the power off button and turn off the emergency stop switch to cut off the power. If it is not used for a long time, the battery should be removed.
- d. It is strictly prohibited to use low-quality batteries, otherwise it will cause a crash or damage the CPU chip, etc., which will be irreparable.
D. Emergency treatment
- a. In case of an emergency, press the emergency stop button (STOP) quickly.
- b. Turn off the main power supply of the overhead crane.
- c. Notify the dealer to find out the reason.
E. Matching between transmitter and receiver
- a. When matching the transmitter, first insert the program card into the motherboard pin holder according to the direction prompted, then install the battery, turn on the power, and the matching is completed.
- b. When matching the receiver, first turn off the power of the receiver, then insert the program card into the motherboard pin holder according to the direction prompted. When the power is turned on, the matching is completed.
- c. If you need to match multiple transmitters and receivers, just repeat the above sequence.
Warranty
F. Warranty
- a. This product has a one-year shelf life from the date of shipment. Any products that require maintenance must be sent to the service office designated by Henan Nomi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. Rejection of Cash on Delivery Charges.
- b. The warranty scope does not include consumable parts such as buttons, relays, fuses, or substrate damage caused by installation errors such as water intrusion into the battery cover. Malfunctions caused by improper use, irresistible reasons, insufficient maintenance, neglect of operating environment specifications, unauthorized changes, or customer settings.
Remark: There are no other express or implied warranty matters for the aforementioned warranty matters. The warranty is the only after-sales service we provide. The manufacturer does not assume any liability for direct, indirect, special, accidental, etc. damages.
G. Precautions
- a. This manual is only for reference by the unit of use. For detailed technical questions, please consult the agent.
- b. In case of a lightning strike or interference, use should be stopped immediately.
- c. Make sure the transmitter has sufficient power and the receiver power supply is normal.
- d. The transmitter of this machine can withstand considerable impact and weather resistance, but excessive or deliberate collision and crushing may cause damage.
This series of remote controls has 4 billion sets of security codes. The security code settings are different when leaving the factory. When installing, you must confirm whether there are remote controls with the same security code in the same working area to avoid incorrect operations
