- Login to the above URL using the NSN-INTRA or CSL account
- On the first SCPortal Page (slide 3), follow the instructions provided
- Request SCPortal Application Roles as indicated on slide 4
- Read and follow the documents in SCPortal Help for further guidance

Request SCPortal Application Roles
Click on the link to access the Internal SCPortal Page: https://my- home.nokia.com/portal/group/scportal This is the INTERNAL SCPortal where you can manage your roles and access various features.
In Case of Issues
- If you encounter registration problems with emails, validation questions, or missing email, try using Internet Explorer
- If you face issues with missing roles, locations, unexpected results, or reports, consider using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome

Wait for a confirmation email on your application roles request
- At next SCPortal visit explore Internal SCPortal and/or upgraded application roles
- New User MUST login to SCPortal within 14 days after creation else enhanced roles will be removed automatically
- Internal SCPortal Users will reach the Internal (full) SCPortal Main Page
In case of issues
- You have registration problems with emails, validation questions, missing emails, etc.
- Get in touch with support.portal@nokia.com
- You have problems with missing roles, missing locations, or unexpected results or reports
- Click Contact SCPortal Support
- Fill the form with the error description
- Click SUBMIT
- Wait for an email from the SCPortal Team
- Your browser seems to lock, the page is not responsive, results are unpredictable or any other error – CLEAR BROWSER’S CACHE
- Click CTRL+SHIFT+DEL
- Select Time Range: ALL/Everything
- Check elements specific to your browser: IE/FF/Chrome
- Execute change
- Close the browser entirely (all tabs)
- Try again
