instructions.
Intended use
- This machine is designed for commercial use only and must not be used for households.
- The appliance must only be used for the purpose for which it was intended and designed. Otherwise, it might lead to damage of the machine, property or personal injury.
- The machine is intended for commercial and indoor use by trained and skilled personnel familiar with these instructions.
The machine body is mainly made in aluminum, stainless steel, and cast iron for easy cleaning and maintenance. It has safety features compliant with the applicable safety Directives.

Introduction
Preparation for first use
- Check to make sure the appliance is undamaged. In case of any damage, contact your supplier immediately, and do NOT use the appliance.
- Remove all the packing material and protection film (if applicable). Keep the packaging for future storage.
- Clean the appliance, see: 4. 6 Cleaning
- Place the appliance on a level and steady surface, unless mentioned otherwise.
- Make sure there is enough clearance around the appliance for ventilation purposes.
- Position the appliance in such a way that the plug is accessible at all times.
- Make sure the power outlet ratings correspond to the specifications printed on the rating plate.
- Make sure that the machine is connected to a grounding system.
- Even if safety systems are installed on the machine, prevent approaching moving parts with hands, and do not touch the machine with damp hands.
- It is strongly recommended that the operator contact the after sales center if there is any problem or malfunction occurs. Please do not dismantle the machine or in place of unauthorized parts.
The manufacturer will be not responsible for the following cases:
- If the machine is tampered with or safety functions are installed by nonauthorized staff.
- If the components are replaced by unauthorized parts.
- If the instruction in this manual is not carefully followed.
- If the machine surfaces are treated with unsuitable substance or sol vent.
Safety devices
- Overcurrent protection switch (Circuit breaker): The switch is designed to protect the electrical circuit from damage caused by excess current as a result of an overload or short circuit. The switch interrupts current flow after a fa ult is detected.
Note
To reset the switch, press it after the issue is solved.
INSTALLATION
Packing and unpacking

Remove all packaging materials. Keep the packaging for future storage.

Ensure the packages you received include the following items: meat mincer machine unit, hole plate *2 p ie c e s (one is installed with the machine), pestle, and instruction manual.

After unpacking all the accessories, lay them on a flat and stable surface.
-
Make sure the delivery contents are complete and free of any damage. If you find that parts are missing or show damage, do not use the appliance but contact your dealer.

Clean the pusher, feeder pan, mincer head, hole plate, coupling cover, and other parts which contact with the meat.
BE CAREFUL: the cross knife is sharp. (Use gloves if necessary, not included) -
Position the appliance in such a way that the plug is always accessible.
Installation area
The selected machine work setting must be sufficiently lit and have an
electric power outlet.
The workplace must be sufficiently large, perfectly level, and dry. The
machine should be installed in non-explosive environments. In any case,
installation should be carried out by taking into account any applicable
industrial safety regulations in force.
Assembling instructions
Attention: Always unplug the appliance from the electrical power outlet
before starting to assemble or disassemble it.
Place the motor body on a steady and flat table.
- Insert the mincer head into the machine body, and screw the locking nut and tighten it.
- Insert the spiral propeller into the mincer head.
- Insert the hole plate into a spiral propeller. Note the sharp edge side is close to the home plate.
- Insert the hole plate into the spiral propeller. Note the hole plate has a groove to fit with the location pin of the mincer head.
- Attach the sausage tube if needed, and coupling cover, screw and tighten it.
- Insert the feeder pan and pestle.
Electric Connection
DANGER-CAUTION: The electric connection to the power outlet should be
operated by skilled personnel. Check for the perfect efficiency of the plant
grounding system. Make sure that the line voltage (V) and frequency (Hz)
correspond to the machine ratings (refer to the machine identification plate
and wiring diagram). The machine comes equipped with an electric cable with a
plug. Plug the machine into a main wall switch with a differential.
OPERATING
Preparation
- Make sure the appliance is unplugged from the electrical power supply, the switch is in the “OFF” position. Check the cross knife and hole plate is properly installed into the appliance
- Before you start with the operation, you should make sure that the shaft is rotating in an anticlockwise direction. Otherwise, the appliance will not grind the meat
- Prepare meat appropriately sized pieces for cutting.
- Place the appliance on a horizontal, stable, dry, and heat-resistant surface with 4 suction cup rubber feet firmly placed on the surface.
- Place a container underneath the app license delivery chute to catch the meat as it falls.
Operating
- Connect the power plug to a socket outlet.
- Turn the switch to the “FOR” position to start grinding meat
- Feed the meat into the feed chute with a pestle and press it slowly and continuously.
- If the appliance is overloaded, it will shut off to prevent internal damage. Turn the appliance off, allow cooling for several minutes, press the reset button, and turn the appliance on to continue.
- If meat is stuffed, turn the switch to the “REV” position to make the meat return. Two seconds is enough. Then Switch “FOR” again to grind meat.
- When you are finished, turn the switch to the “OFF” position, unplug the appliance, and clean it.
Note
During grinding, meat should be discharged smoothly. If it is not smooth, or
it is in the form of a paste, the following causes and remedies should be
considered:
Possible Cause Remedy
- The coupling is too tight. Loose and hand-tighten only until sung. Don’t over-tighten.
- The hole plate is blocked Remove the hole plate and clean it, then reinstall.
- Blade edges had dulled May be sharpened, recommend replacing.
Warning! Never feed the meat with your hand or fingers. Always use the pestle.
Cleaning
- It is important to keep the appliance clean and in good working condition to ensure optimum quality of the products and long life of the appliance.
- Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.
- To clean the motor housing, unplug the appliance and clean it with a damp cloth or sponge with some mild soap solution. Dry with a dry
- Never use abrasive sponges or detergents, steel wool, or metal utensils to clean the interior or exterior parts of the appliance.
WARNING: Take care during cleaning when handling the rollers due to their sharp edges. Wear protective gloves (not supplied) if necessary.
Storage
- Before reassembling, make sure that all parts are dry. Before storing, remove all residues from the appliance (incl. the basins), disconnect it from the supply, and clean the appliance and its accessories thoroughly. Use white Vaseline oil (or any similar product) to protect all parts of the device.
- To protect the appliance from dust, cover it with a cloth that allows air circulation inside the appliance.
