Product Usage Instructions
Powering On/Off:
To power on the display, press and hold the POWER button. To power off,
press and hold the POWER button again.
Updating Display Content:
You can update the display content either via USB or WiFi.
Connect the device to a computer using a USB cable for USB updates or
configure WiFi settings for wireless updates.
Adjusting Settings:
Use the UP and DOWN buttons to navigate through menu options and settings.
Press RESET to revert to default settings if needed.

The 25.3-inch color ePaper display signage utilizes E Ink’s latest ACeP

Power Button
Turn the main power on or off. Press the power button briefly to start the sign; the LED light will turn on. Press the power button briefly again to turn off the sign; the LED light will turn off. -
RESET Button
Press briefly to reset the sign’s system. -
UP Button
- During the image update process, press once to switch to the next image. There must be at least two images saved in the system.
- Press and hold for 3s to 5s, then release to display the current network configuration guide. Scan the QR code on the left with your phone to download the app. After downloading and installing the app, scan the QR code on the right to configure the wireless router. Press and hold for more than 10s, then release to turn the front light on or off.

DOWN Button
- Press briefly to switch to the next image. There must be at least two images saved in the system.
- Press and hold for 3s to 5s, then release to view the system status information.

LED Indicator
- When the sign is powered on, the indicator light will pulse with a 2-second interval.
- When the sign is charging while powered off, the indicator light will stay on continuously. Once fully charged, the indicator light will resume pulsing at a 2-second interval.
- When the sign is charging while powered on, the indicator light will pulse at a 2-second interval.
- When the sign is powered off and the charger is unplugged, the indicator light will turn off.

Image Processing
- Install the image conversion tool
xtacepSetup-V2.5.3.exe
. Typically, it is installed on the D drive of your computer. After installation, a folder named “XT Image Processing Tool” will appear on the D drive. Enter this folder to find the following files. - Place the images you want to update on the D drive and save them in a newly created folder. Ensure that the image paths and filenames do not contain any spaces.
- Open the installed xtacep.exe software.
- Click on “File” in the upper left corner, then load the folder containing the images to be updated according to the path.
- Set the parameters for the image resource package:
- In the upper left corner, select the current product model from the “EPD type” dropdown menu.
- Choose “monochrome” for Display mode.
- Select “No” for Clear screen.
- Choose “Second” for Interval Time.
- Finally, enter the flashing interval time in seconds in the blank space (default is 30s, if it exceeds 300s, the system will enter sleep mode).
- Choose “Update” for Operate. Click the “Please select save path” button and select a path to save the processed images. Select “Select All” to choose all the images.
- Click “Process” to start processing the images. The software will display the current processing progress at the bottom.
- Once all images have been converted, you can click the “Open Folder” button in the software to view the processed images. The processed images will be automatically generated in a folder named XT_Resources, and the converted images will be saved in the “image” folder.
Copying Images
Copy the XT_Resources folder to the root directory of a USB flash drive.
Image Display
- Insert the USB flash drive into the USB 2.0 port of the device. Wait for about 30 seconds for the sign to automatically refresh the images from the USB flash drive.
- Once the sign displays the images from the USB flash drive, you can remove the flash drive and use the UP and DOWN buttons to switch between the displayed images.
WiFi Image Update
Installing the App
Press and hold the UP button for 3s to 5s, then release to display the current
network configuration guide. Scan the QR code on the left with your phone to
download the app. After downloading and installing the app, scan the QR code
on the right to configure the wireless router.
Network Configuration
- In the app, select option , then click the “+” icon in the upper right corner to enter the device addition interface.
- Choose to add the QR code on the right, and fill in the device name and other information. Start configuring the device’s network. During configuration, you need to enable Bluetooth on your phone to send the WiFi password to the device.
Note: Device reboot is required after network configuration.
Image Display
- Check if the device is online in the app. If it is offline, please manually refresh the device status by pulling down.
- Click on the online sign, go to Publish List , and enter the release list interface.
- Click to enter the release plan setting interface.
- Set the plan name, screen display time (refresh interval between two images), and the images to be displayed. After setting everything, click the button below. At this point, the software will prompt “Success” after successful deployment. Once deployed successfully, the sign will play the images in sequence according to the selected images in the release list.

The product should be installed on a flat surface to prevent potential tipping over.
Leave adequate space between the back of the product and the wall to ensure proper ventilation. Avoid installing the product in kitchens, bathrooms, or areas exposed to high humidity as it may shorten the product’s lifespan. -
Do not install the product at altitudes above 3000 meters, as it may result in malfunction.

Transportation Precautions
- During transportation, ensure waterproofing to prevent damage to the display signage.
- Avoid squeezing the display sign during transportation to prevent screen damage.
- Maintain environmental temperature below 50°C during transportation.
Usage Precautions
- Operate the display sign within a temperature range of 15°C to 35°C.
- Regularly clean the screen to keep the display sign neat and tidy.
- Do not dismantle the display sign without authorization.
- Ensure waterproofing during usage; avoid water exposure.
- Be cautious of collisions during usage.
Storage Precautions
Store in a fireproof, moisture-resistant environment (humidity not exceeding
80%), away from high temperatures (not exceeding 50°C), avoiding stacking,
dirt accumulation, heavy object pressure and damage.
