We are currently looking for an experienced Indoor Cycling Instructor to join
our team in Orange County. As the Indoor Cycling Coordinator, you will be
responsible for overseeing aspects of our indoor cycling program, including
course delivery, instructor training, program development, and more.

Keiser machines, including every baseball team in the majors, the soccer
champions of nine countries, several American football champions, and
countless Olympians. From elite testing equipment to strength and stretching
machines, we offer it all.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaise with the managing director to develop and implement strategies for the indoor cycling program.
- Oversee the delivery of indoor cycling courses, ensuring quality and consistency in instruction.
- Recruit, train, and mentor indoor cycling instructors, providing ongoing support and feedback to help them excel.
- Collaborate with the managing director to promote the indoor cycling program and attract new participants.
- Develop innovative and creative indoor cycling classes and events to keep the program fresh and engaging.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the indoor cycling program.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the indoor cycling program.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the indoor cycling community.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in indoor cycling instruction or coordination.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Innovative and creative mindset, with a passion for developing new ideas and experiences.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Must reside in Orange County, CA.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Certification in indoor cycling instruction (i.e. Keiser Foundations).
- Experience in program development or management.
- Knowledge of fitness industry trends and best practices.
HOURS
- As Needed: 10 – 12 hours a week
COMPENSATION
- This position is a 1099 Contractor position
- Non-Exempt position; Salary range: $23.00 – $25.00 an hour
- Final compensation will be determined and based on experience
- This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
Candidates for positions with Keiser Corporation must be legally authorized to
work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be
required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this
position.
