Before you begin installation

  • Read the instruction manual, if you have any questions regarding instructions or warnings, contact your local dealer.
  • Make sure you have received all parts according to the installation component checklist. If any parts are missing or defective, contact your local dealer.
  • Installing products heavier than indicated may result in instability and possible personal injury.
  • Brackets must be assembled as specified in the assembly instructions. Incorrect installation may result in product failure and serious personal injury.
  • Safety equipment and proper tools must be used. This product should only be installed by professionals.
  • Make sure the mounting surface can safely support the total weight of the equipment and all its components.
  • Use the supplied mounting screws and DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THEM.
  • This product contains small parts that could be a choking hazard if swallowed. Keep these products away from children.
  • This product is intended for indoor use only. Using it outdoors will not only damage the product but may also cause personal injury.

Installation

Note: Please lock the wheels before installation. Note: The longest part of the base should face the front. Note: Do not remove the screws. Note: If the caster wheel does not make contact with the ground, use the Allen key to turn the caster nut counterclockwise until it makes contact. Caution
The product is powered by electricity. In order to prevent burns, fires and electric shocks, to ensure safe and correct use of the system, as well as to maintain the longevity of the overall construction and the built-in electronic components, read the instructions carefully.

  • This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning its safe use andunderstand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance or make cleaning and user maintenance without supervision.
  • Persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge should not use the appliance unless they are supervised, understand the hazards involved or have been thoroughly instructed concerning use of the control by a person responsible for their safety.
  • Do not leave cables or plugs in a disorganized manner to avoid tripping hazards.
  • It is not permitted to attempt to rebuild the appliance.

Electrical Safety Instructions

  • The appliance must only be operated with the power supply supplied with it. No alterations to the supplied power supply unit are allowed.
  • Never use the system with a damaged power cord or plug. If any part is damaged, contact your dealer for replacement.
  • Never use the system if it is in a humid environment or if its electrical components come into contact with liquids.
  • Do not clean the product while it is connected to the power supply.
  • Do not disassemble or replace components while the power supply is on.
  • Unplug the appliance when the system is not in use and place the plug out of the reach of children.

Setting up and pairing the remote with the stand

STEP 1: Each time the stand is turned on, the unit will emit a series of consecutive beeps, indicating that the stand is ready for setup.
If this is the first time you are turning on the stand, you must first pair the remote with the stand, and then start the default setup. See STEP 2a below. If this is not the first time you are turning on the stand, you must start the default setup and see STEP 2b below.
STEP 2a: Press the small button on the control box with a paper clip or pencil as shown. The unit will stop beeping, then press the button on the remote control, then you will hear consecutive beeps for about 10 seconds indicating that pairing is in progress.
Then the unit will beep again and stop, meaning pairing is complete. Press and hold the button. The stand will automatically return to the lowest position. When it beeps again, the default setting is complete.
STEP 2b : Press and hold the button. The unit will stop beeping. Then the stand will automatically return to the lowest position.

Note: Insert 2 AAA batteries (not included) into the remote before adjusting the TV stand. Adjust the height by pressing the “X” and “V” buttons on the remote control. If the TV stand does not go up or down, please match the code between the TV stand and the remote control following the instructions below.

Remote Control User Guide

  1. Up/Down arrows: Press and hold the button to raise the stand. Press and hold the button to lower the stand.
    Note: Remove all surrounding objects before adjusting the stand height.

  2. Memory setting: Press and hold the button for 3 seconds until you hear a beep, indicating that the current position has been saved in memory. The buttons can each save one height.

  3. Activate height settings: Press the button and the stand will automatically move to the position saved in the corresponding button.

  4. Default setting:
    Shortly press the button and the stand will automatically retract to the lowest position. To stop, press the button again.

  5. Reset mode:
    Hold the button for 3 seconds until you hear a beep and the stand starts to move down.
    The stand will then move up a little when it reaches the lowest position and stop. The system has been reset successfully when the unit beeps twice.

  6. Unpairing a remote control:
    Press the small button on the control box with a paper clip or pencil as if you were pairing the remote control. After you hear a beep, hold the button for 5 seconds until you hear another beep, indicating that the unpairing is complete.

Troubleshooting Guide

1. It doesn’t work.
There are 7 possibilities:

  • Malfunction. Check if the unit beeps once after pressing a button. If so, follow the instructions in the manual to properly operate the mount.
  • The mounting system may be faulty. Check if the unit beeps three times after pressing a button. If so, reset the system.
  • The system may be overheating. Check if the unit beeps four times after pressing a button. If so, allow the unit to cool down (about 30 minutes).
  • The AC/DC end of the power cord may be unplugged/disconnected from the outlet/mount. Check the connection to make sure the unit is receiving power.
  • The distance may be too far and not within the range of the mount. Use the remote control within 10m of the mount.
  • The remote control batteries may be weak or dead. Replace them.
  • The remote control may be broken. Check if the remote control indicator LED lights up when you press a button. If not, contact the store where you purchased it for a replacement.

2. The TV stand stops moving during operation and emits a long beep:

  • Remove all surrounding objects.
  • The weight of the TV may exceed the maximum weight limit of the mounting system.
  • The motor cable may be broken. Restart the system. If the problem persists, contact your place of purchase for a replacement.

3. The TV stand makes an abnormal noise or sound:

  • Check all power connections and restart the system. If the unit continues to make an abnormal noise, contact your place of purchase for a replacement.

Warranty information

Since January 1, 2022, TooQ offers a 3-year warranty from the time of purchase, so it is necessary to have the ticket or invoice where the date appears. The distributor or seller where you purchased the product will handle your claim and offer technical service while the warranty is in force.
Out of warranty
The warranty does not cover damage or defects caused to the products due to:

  • Failure to follow the user manual.
  • Modifications or alterations of any kind.
  • High and low temperatures, humidity or contact with liquids.
  • Wear and scratches caused by daily use. The warranty does not cover damage or defects caused to the hard drive due to improper use of it or the external box.
  • Incorrect voltage supply in products that require it.
  • Using the product with a device other than the one indicated for its use.
