PART NAMES AND STRUCTURE

Bladder Tank

CAUTION

Do not remove the plug

Only the surface of the rubber and plastic are exposed to water.

ACCESSORY

Strainer
In the event of sucking from a well or a reservoir tank, assemble the strainer to prevent the waste entering the pump.

This pump model does not require the check spring.

Prohibition

  • Adjusting the pressure switch may cause the pump malfunction and cause the parts damage. The warranty will be terminated instantly if you adjust pressure switch.

CAUTION

How to prime it

  1. After installation on the first run, open the hopper cap and fill in some water
While filling water, must not be overflow and be careful the water touching any electrical element such as motor, electronic parts, etc.
For Pumo lower than 350W water must be filled more than 400ml )

  2. After filling water, close Hopper cap. Then check the leakage around the pump.

  3. In the case of a height of suction is deep 6-8 meters, or length of horizontal pipe is long. Plesase follow these steps.
Close the discharge valve (as picture below).

  4. Open the cap (Hopper cap) and a fill the water. Until full of water from the pump housing cap position. After closing cap, do not tighten.

  5. Operate the pump for the air out approximately 5-6 minutes. The pressurized water up to the cap. Immediately turn off the cap and tighten.

  6. If the water is not out yet, add more water and do the same. Until pumped up.
If water pumped up, the pump will be stop working immediately. After that opening the discharge valve. It is finished.

When pumping from deep water or the pump lines are laid horizontally for a great distance, may affect the water suction time.

SPECIFICATIONS

The valves shown in the table variable according to the condition such as pipe diameter number of bent point, foot valve and others.

INSPECTIONS BEFORE INSTALLATION

Check the installation site.

  • Choose the place that can easily be checked or serviced.
  • It should be installed near the well as much as possible.
  • Horizontal piping distance (from the well to the pump) is restricted by the suction height. (From the water level to pump center) set the suction range considering the water level is reduced at minimum level (during the summer time)
  • Do not use soft pipes (PE pipe) on hose to connect the suction and discharge side, cause the efficiency of pump became less or easily get in the air.

Limit of the pipe in horizontal lengths is based on the suction height.

Check the sand
Avoid installing water pump in sandy well, it cause damage to the pump.

PRECAUTION

In case of the impeller of motor lock, it may caused by sand or PVC pipes scrap getting stuck in the impeller to check as follows.

  • Remove the power plug before repair.
  • Drain water out of the pump first.
  • Use a wrench to remove the Hex bolt M5 x 20 sus.
  • Remove the sand or PVC scrap and clean it up.
  • Clean up before replacing the casing cover, tighten the Hex bolts.
  • Put the plug in and check the motor operation rotate or not. If no rotate, please contact the distributor.

PRECAUTIONS BEFORE INSTALLATION

Check the installation site to make sure that it has good drainage.
If water leakage, it can result in serious damage.

The water pump should be installed in a horizontal plane, tigthen with nut to avoid abnormal sound from vibration.

The water pump should be installed in a location protected from rain or direct sunlight and well ventilated area.

The water pump should be installed more than 1 meter away from the water tank to prevent water hammer from closing the pump.

(Water hammer)
The water pump should not be installed by attaching to the wall,it will cause noise from the water hammer.

The water pump should not be installed on the water tank without air vent,it will cause abnormal humidity and temperature and cause damage to the product.

INSTALLATION ROUTING THE HARNESS

WARNING

Wiring should be considered a safety priority and comply with the technical standard of the electrical appliance or internal wining!
Faulty wiring may cause a fire or electric shock.

Leake Circuit Breaker
Please connect the ground wire and install a leakage circuit breaker.

WARNING
You must connect a ground wire and install a leakage circuit breaker specifically for this job.
You may have an electric shock when the pump is malfunction.
Install the ground wire to prevent accidents from electric shock when electrical leakage occurs. Grounding and leakage circuit breaker require installation by an electrician specialist. The plug cord must be disconnected from the electrical outiet first and then installed.

Precautions
Do not install the ground wire in the following places. (it is legal prohibition)

  • Where there is a gas pipe, telephone line, lightning rod and plumbing.

  • Curcuit Breaker
    Installing Leakage Circiut Breaker

  • Please Install a circult breaker with the working current less than 15 mA.
In the case where there is an existing circuit breaker, check as specified above,

HOW TO INSTALL THE PUMP

Installation of the pump depends on suitability of the house or building using the following characteristics:

In case the pumping for tank is on the ground.

In the case of pumping water from a well (should install near the well as much as possible).

PVC Precaution in the installation of PVC pipes

  1. Using a tool (saw blade) to cut it will produce PVC waste.
  2. Clean the PVC waste with sandpaper or similar material.
  3. The cause of pump is not working (motor lock) usually is from PVC waste stuck in the impeller.
The cause of pump is not working (motor lock) usually is from PVC waste stuck in the impeller.

Preparation before the installation

  1. The suction and delivering ranges can be found on the specification of the pump for each model. (Specification page 6)
  2. The installation should use the bent joints to a minimum in order not to lose efficiency of water delivery.
  3. Do not adjust the pressure switch because it may cause the abnormal operation or pump damaged.
  4. If the pump is pumping water from a reservoir or a shallow well, the foot valve should not be installed at the end of pipe because the pump a ready nas a check valve.
  5. The installation should install a ground wire to prevent danger in case the insulation deteriorates
  6. In case of breakdown during the installation or use, contact the serviceman or distributor.

PROBLEMS AND REPAIRS

When there is a problem during usage, you should stop the pump, remove the plug, and check to find the cause or consult your distributor.
