Installation
- Connect the LED strip to the IR receiver.
- Connect the IR receiver to the power adapter.
- Plug the power adapter into a power outlet.
- Use the remote control to operate the LED strip lights.
WARNING: DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER. DO NOT EXPOSE TO FIRE. KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 3. CHOKING HAZARD – SMALL PARTS. USE UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION.
General Troubleshooting
- If the LED strip does not light up, check the connections and ensure the power adapter is plugged in.
- If the remote control does not work, replace the CR2025 battery.
- If the LED strip lights up but does not respond to the remote control, ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the IR receiver.

Common Troubleshooting
The controller was connected the power, but not light up
- Check the input power supply: please use the power adapter that we equipped or the same specification adapter as ours The input voltage must meet the voltage required by the lamp When the input voltage is too low, the lamp will not be light, and the high voltage may damage the circuit. The output power of the adapter (KW value) must be equal to or greaterthan the power of the LED lamp belt.
- Check whether the controller and the lamp are connected correctly, Make sure each interface is connected correctly.
- Check whether the remote control is open. control LED light beetremote control does not work or can’t
- Check whether the insulation sheet is removed from the remote control.
- Make sure the battery on the remote control is installed correctly.
- Ensure that is being used within 8 meters and aligned to the infraredreceiver of the controller.
- Try to replace the battery
Attentions:
- Lamp belt must be used under 24V
- Remote control must be aligned to the Infrared Receiver of the controllers
- The lamp belt must be connected correctly as showed method
