USER GUIDE

Collect and grind a representative sample.

SAMPLE EXTRACTION
- Weigh 5 g of sample
- Add 50 ml of GENius + 2 ml of Reagent 1
- Shake for 1 minute
2. Filter the 2nd sample 3
- Dilute the sample
- Transfer 1500 ÿl of Aqueous Extraction Buffer in un microtubo da 2 ml
- Add 50 ÿl of filtered sample
- Shake briefly
NB: the pH of the mixture must be > 6.5
- Transfer 200 ÿl of filtered sample to a reaction well
- Resuspend the lyophilisate
- Incubate for 3 minutes
5. Insert the strip and wait for 5 minutes of reaction time
INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS
Before reading the result, scan the QR code attached to the kit (white sheet).
If it is not present, contact: technical.support@generon.it Remove the
absorbent pad with scissors.
Read the strip with the MZREAD-F portable reader.
NB: samples can be tested more representative while maintaining the proportions of point 1

Interpreting Results:
4. Insert the strip and wait for a reaction time of 5 minutes.
5. Scan the QR code attached to the kit (white sheet) before reading the result.

6. Remove the absorbent pad with scissors. Read the strip with the portable reader MZREAD-F.
