Installation
The E7 Series furnaces can be installed free-standing in a utility room or enclosed in an alcove or closet. -
Model Identification
The model identification consists of the product type, generation, blower type, speed, and capacity. Refer to the manual for detailed information on model identification. -
Furnace Parts Identification
The furnace parts include a 2 2-pole relay, Transformer, Control Board, Circuit Breaker, Limits, and Grounding Lug. Ensure proper identification and functioning of these parts during installation and maintenance. -
Unit Specifications
The unit specifications vary based on the model and capacity. Heating output, heating elements, electrical requirements, optional cooling and heat pump availability, and air filter specifications are provided in detail. Refer to the manual for specific details related to your model. -
Electrical Specifications
Electrical specifications include supply circuit details, total amperes, over- current ratings, circuit ampacity, and circuit breaker size for both 230V~ and 208V~ systems. Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards when setting up the electrical connections. -
Anticipator Settings
Adjust the thermostat anticipator setting based on the furnace model. For models 010 and 012, set the anticipator to 0.2. For models 015, 017, 020, and 023, refer to the manual for the appropriate setting.
E7 Series Electric Furnaces
The E7 Series furnace is designed for all sizes of manufactured and modular
homes. These units incorporate reliability and low maintenance. Units may be
installed free-standing in a utility room or enclosed in an alcove or closet.
E7 Series furnaces are A/C ready, with 16 blower speeds to meet any cooling
requirement.
