Checklist before using the device
- Your smartphone or tablet is connected to a 2.4g WiFi with internet.
- You need to enable Bluetooth on the phone. You have the correct WiFi PWD.
- Your smartphone or tablet must have access to the APP store, and Google Play.
- Your router is MAC-open.
User Guide
- Start with“EWelink”APP.
- Register an EWlink account.
- If you have an EWelink account just log in.
- Power up.
ON/OFF operating principle:
The connected appliances work/stop through live wire power on/off.
Add device flow to mobile APP
- After installation, power the device, and hold down the Reset button(pairing button) for 6 seconds until the Network indicator(red light) blinks quickly (blinking twice and on)
- Open the ewelink app, click on the upper right corner, and then click on “Add Device.”
- Select your WiFi, enter the WiFi password, and click “Next.”
- Wait for a few seconds, and when the device is found, click .
- After successful addition, click“Next”
Inching /interlock Switch
- Click switch name.
- Click, and select “setting”.
- Set inching duration: Click “Inching Settings”, and set inthe ching duration.
- Enable the interlock: Click “interlock”, and set the interlock.
Remote control pairing/Clear code
Matching
- Hold the RF Pairing button you want to pair for 3 seconds until the blue light is on.
- Then long press the remote control buttons you want to pair.
- Loosen the remote control buttons, pairing success.
- note: Pair Other buttons, repeat steps ①~③.
Clear code:
Long press the RF pairing button you want to clear for 15 seconds until the RF
pairing indicator(blue light) is off loosen the RF Pairing button.
note: the pairing/clear code method is only available with RF function switch/module reference.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Solutions for the failure of product matching and offine:
Enter the homepage of the App, and click the icon in the lower right corner of
the interface to enter. “Message”>hits” Guide”. “Profile”>hits”Ewelink support”
If none of the above is resolved, please open it with another phone. Personal hotspot, try to read.
