If your router has a low capacity and the number of devices connected to it exceeds the maximum, remove some devices or use a higher-capacity router. If the above methods cannot help to solve the problem, please submit your problem to “Help & Feedback” on the eWeLink App.
Wi-Fi devices are “offline”
- Devices fail to connect to the router.
- Entered the wrong Wi-Fi SSID and password.
- Wi-Fi SSID and password contain special characters, for example, our system can’t recognize Hebrew and Arabic characters, which causes Wi-Fi connections to fail.
