Q1 :What conditions do I need to meet to use this product?
A1 : Please make sure your device Type-C port is a full-featured interface (with charging, data output and video output function), if it is not a full-featured interface, some of the functions will not be able to use, such as screen casting function; ection and other phenomena. A2: Full-featured Type-C interface features: support for charging, data output and video output, the maximum data transfer speed of I, USB3.1 standard, backward compatible with USB2.0/1.1; and non-full-featured Type-C interface only data output.
Q2:Why can’t HDMI interface cast screen?
A: Please select the correct HDMI signal source. For example: the general monitor or TV will be labeled HDMi 1 and 2 to LG monitor, for example, LG monitor a [Settings] a [Input] a [Input List] a [Select HDMI port 1 or 2].
Q3: Why can’t I get the advertised resolution when I cast the screen?
A:This HUB is compatible with DP1 .2 and 1.4, but the resolution is determined by the hardware of the device, if your device (laptop device, HDMI cable, monitor) can not meet the resolution of the product advertised, you can not cast the highest resolution.
Q4:Why does the docking station get hot?
A 1: Docking station generates heat during operation, which is a normal phenomenon.
A2: Docking station built-in chip, multiple interfaces used at the same time, the chip heat more, the shell metal material is easier to guide the heat out, to prevent the chip temperature is too high leading to instability, disconnection and other phenomena.
