IMPORTANT NOTICES

WARNING

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (includ­ing children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental ca­pabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concern­ing use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
Children aged from 3 to 8 years are allowed to load and unload refrigerating appliances.

The refrigerant (R1234yf) and insulation blowing gas is flammable.

The refrigerant (R1234yf) is contained within the refriger­ant circuit of the appliance, a natural gas with a high level of environmental compatibility, which is nevertheless flam­mable. During transportation and installation of the appli­ance, ensure that none of the components of the refriger­ant circuit becomes damaged.

If the refrigerant circuit should be damaged:

Avoid opening flames and sources of ignition.
Thoroughly ventilate the room in which the appliance is situated.

  • Remove all packing material and carefully check your cooler box to ensure it is in good condition and that there is no damage to the cooler box or power cord and plug.
  • Ensure the voltage is compliant with the voltage range stated on the rating label, and ensure the earthing of the socket is in good condition.
  • Do not start the compressor power switch frequently (at least 5 minutes each time) to avoid damage to the compressor.
  • Do not connect or disconnect the electric plug when your hands are wet.
  • Place the cooler box on a dry and horizontal surface.
  • Do not place the product upside down, or tilt it above 30 °.
  • To ensure proper ventilation for the cooler box, make sure the cooler box is at least 15cm away on either side so as to allow correct ventilation on the appliance. Do not place the cooler box near an oven, radiator, or other source of heat.
  • Never put the cooler box under the sunlight.
  • The cooler box must be installed in an area protected from the elements, such wind, rain, water spray or drips.
  • Metal sheet or other electric objects are not allowed to be inserted into the appliance to avoid fire and short circuit.
  • To protect against risk of electric shock, do not pour water on cord, plug and ventilation, immerse the appli­ance in water or any other liquid.
  • Unplug the appliance after using or before cleaning.
  • Please keep the instruction manual.
  • Pay attention to the use of heating function, do not put the canned beer and beverage containing gas into the box, which may cause explosion.
  • The appliance is suitable for camping use but the ap­pliance shall not be exposed to rain.
  • Opening the door for long periods can cause a signifi­cant increase of the temperature in the compartments of the appliance.
  • Clean regularly surfaces that can come in contact with food and accessible drainage systems.
  • Store raw meat and fish in suitable containers in the refrigerator, so that it is not in contact with or drip onto other food. Please do not open the door frequently. If storing food for long periods of time, pack food in a Ziploc bag and set the temperature to 10-20 °C
  • If the refrigerating appliance is left empty for long peri­ods, switch off, defrost, clean, dry, and leave the door open to prevent mould developing within the appliance.
  • This refrigerating appliance is not intended to be used as a built-in appliance
  • This refrigerating appliance is not suitable for freezing foodstuffs. This refrigerating appliance is recommend­ed to be used as a pantry appliance.

Warning:

  • The appliance is only to be used with the detachable power supply unit.
  • Class Ill appliances must only be supplied at SELV.

OPERATION

Connect the power supply, plug the power plug into the appropriate socket, the shape and voltage of the sock­et should be consistent with the label, and connect to AC220V power supply.
Select control button: (the silk screen is located in the middle of the button)

Cover open/close instructions:

When the cover is opened, the LED light is on, and the limit strip of door body supports the door body, which is convenient for taking things.
When closing the cover, you need to lift the door limit strip (Fig. 1) to make the cover close smoothly, and the LED lig ht is off.

FUNCTION

  1. Press the ON/OFF button, at this time, press the button, the adjustment button can be selected at one time for 1 0 °C, 5 °C, 0 °C, -1 0 °C and – 18 °C and start the machine without other operation.
  2. AT Refrigeration mode. Press the ‘ button to power on, the machine starts the refrigeration mode without operation. The temperature can be set as 1 0 c, 5 °c, 0 c, -1 0 c 0 0 0 and -18 °C according to the user’s requirements, and the  required temperature can be selected by adjusting and .. ., buttons, and the current temperature in the cooler box will be displayed on the screen. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the refrigeration is stopped. When the temperature is two degrees higher than the set temperature, and keep working at the set temperature.
  3. Memory function. After setting the temperature, if the user does not operate within 5 seconds. Memorize the setting at this time and execute the mode setting before after the second power on.
  4. If the machine turns 180 degrees, it is necessary to stop the compressor for 2 hours.
  5. Protection function.
  • Over current protection: when the output current is too large, the output is turned off and has the function of over­current protection.
  •  Vehicle input protection:

When the vehicle input voltage is lower than 11 V ( +0.3 V / -0.7 V) (when the input voltage is 12 V), the voltage at startup is 11 V (±0.3 V) or 21 V (when the input voltage is 24 V), start the protection, turn off the load and alarm E3, and the alarm failure lasts for 12 seconds to shut down the machine.

  • Over voltage protection: when the input voltage is higher than 17 V (when the input voltage is 12 V), or 30 V (when the input voltage is 24 V), start the protection, turn off the load and alarm E4, and the alarm failure lasts for 12 seconds to shut down the machine.
  • Short circuit protection: in case of short circuit, the circuit has short circuit protection function.
  • Temperature sensor short circuit: in case of abnormal short circuit of temperature sensor, start protection, turn off the load and alarm E1.
  • Temperature sensor disconnection: in case of abnormal disconnection of temperature sensor, start protection, turn off the load and alarm E2.
