IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

  1. Replace the filter every 2-4 weeks.
  2. When the device is not in use, the power should be turned off.
  3. Turn off the power before cleaning the base. Ensure that it is fully dry before use.
  4. Make sure the water level in the tank is between the “MIN” and “MAX” water lines, which are marked inside the water tank.
  5. The water tank is detachable. DO NOT lift the device by the water tank when moving.
  6. Only the stainless drinking tray can be washed by a dishwasher.
  7. Wash away the activated carbon powder on the filter before use.

GETTING STARTED

  1. Put the rotator in the hole.
  2. Align the rear end of the water pipe with the rotator and press down until it locks in place tightly.
  3. Connect the two parts of the water pipe tightly.
  4. Add water to the max level.
  5. Attach the filter tray to the tank, and put the filter on the filter tray. Wash the filter before using it.
  6. Attach the drinking tray to the filter tray.
  7. Insert the spout into the head of the water pipe.
  8. Plug in the base to power your Pet Water Fountain P940.

Note:

  • After powered on, Pet Water Fountain P940 will continuously dispense water.
  • If no water left in the tank, the device will stop working automatically. To resume normal operation, refill the water first. Then unplug and plug the charging cable, or lift up and put down the water tank.

MAINTENANCE

Excess impurities on the filter, water pipe, and rotator will reduce water quality and lower water flow. We recommend cleaning these parts each time you clean the device and replacing the filter every 2-4 weeks.

Note:

  • Be careful not to lose the rotator while cleaning the device.
  • Do not clean the base with water. Use a dry cloth instead.
  • The rotator may stop working due to slight shaking, but it can automatically resume working after a while.
