Licensing Requirements
The Integriti Milestone ACM integration requires the Integriti Professional, Integriti Business, or Integriti Corporate Software Edition to operate. Additionally, it requires the Milestone XProtect Access Integration License 996939.

Compatibility
The Integriti Milestone ACM integration is only compatible with an installation of Integriti Pro or Infiniti that is v24.0 or higher.

Features

• Doors may now be shown as Forced, Open Too Long, Module Missing, Closed, Open, Unlocked, and/or Locked as appropriate.
• Inputs may now be displayed as Tamper or Isolated.
• Synchronizing state updates no longer depends on the Review Transitions to Monitor property.
• Send Review Messages do not need to be selected.

  • Entity Sync: Overhauled the entity synchronisation system to allow more detailed state information to be displayed.
  • Doors may now be shown as Forced, Open Too Long, Module Missing, Closed, Open, Unlocked, and/or Locked as appropriate.
  • Inputs may now be displayed as Tamper or Isolated.
  • Synchronising state updates no longer depends on the Review Transitions to Monitor property. Send Review Messages does not need to be selected.
  • Commands: Added Isolate, Sticky Isolate and De-Isolate commands for Inputs. Removed the Seal, Alarm and Tamper commands.
  • Review Monitoring: Additional review categories are now supported. The Review Categories to Monitor property now uses the category tree editor.

  • Doors: The Milestone ACM integration currently supports only Door Locked and Door Unlocked states.

• New Features

  • 64-bit Integration: Added support for Integriti’s 64-bit Integration Server and Viewer. This allows for better performance and more memory being available for the plugin to work with. The 64-bit Integration Server/Viewer will be used by default on Integriti v18.1 or higher. On older versions of Integriti the integration will use the previous 32-bit integration. No changes need to be made for upgrading systems to continue to work.

• Feature Updates

  • Icons: Improved the icons for areas to better show the current state of the Area.

• Issues Resolved

  • Connection: Fixed potential issue with existing connections (not new connections) that could result in Milestone being unable to connect to Integriti if the Integriti Integration server was started before the Milestone XProtect Event Server.
  • Review: Fixed an issue that resulted in duplicate Review Records occasionally being sent to Milestone.
  • Disarm Area Command: Fixed issue that resulted in the ‘Disarm Area’ command not working.
  • User Sync: Reduced the likelihood of out-of-memory exceptions occurring when sending Users with photos to Milestone.
