Safety information

Commissioning
- When using the device for the first time, completely discharge and recharge the rechargeable battery once.
- Switch at back: Light sequence: 100% – 50% – off.
- The product can not be used during charging.
- In cases of extended non-use, charge the rechargeable every 3 months.

Charging
- Charge your battery using the supplied USB cable only.
- Exclusively use a certified USB power source ( e . g . charging device , computer) with a maximum of 5 V output voltage.
- Connection : USB source — USB charging cable 7 — charging socket 2
- Open the Iock at the bottom by turning it counter – clock – wise.
The USB charging connection is located underneath.
- During charging , the charging indicator flashes in blue , it is illuminated in blue when the battery is fully charged.
- During the charging process , the product is not IP54 -compliant (dust-protected and protected against splashing water)
Product cleaning
We recommend that you use only a damp cloth to clean your work light. Please note that some chemicals used in cleaning agents may damage the diffuser and in no circumstances should you use any such products.
Disposal
As a consumer, you are legally obliged to hand in all waste electrical and electronic equipment as well as batteries and accumulators at a collection point in your municipality or at a retailer so that they can be disposed of in an environmentally sound manner, as otherwise hazards to the environment and human health may arise. Instructions for removing the rechargeable battery The battery can be removed easily and non-destructively by the end consumer or by qualified personnel independent of the manufacturer using commercially available tools. To do this, two screws on the charging socket 2 and two screws under the charging indicator 4 (front and back side) must be removed. The work light can then be opened. The battery inside the work light is additionally protected by a cover. After opening the cover and capping the connection wires, the battery can now be removed.
