Product Usage Instructions
Product Settings
- To manage the lock, download the TTLOCK app from the APP Store or Google Play.
- Follow the prompts on the app to add the lock.
Operate
- To reset the lock to factory settings, long press the reset button and enter the initialization password 000#.
- This action will clear all fingerprints, passwords, cards, and mobile phone administrators.
Add Administrator Information
- If the administrator information is not added, use the initialized password (123456) to open the door.
- After adding admin information, the initial password becomes invalid.
- If the lock cannot be added to the app, try resetting the lock.
Add Fingerprint
- On the App, click Fingerprint -> Add a fingerprint -> Follow on-screen prompts to add fingerprints.
- Fingerprints added directly on the lock can be uploaded to the app through the function in the app.
Add Password
- On the App, click Passwords -> Select password type -> Set password as needed.
- Password types include custom, permanent, period, single, clear, and cycle.
- All passwords in effect will be managed through the app.

Product Settings
- You can use the TTLOCK app to easily and quickly manage the lock, which can be downloaded from the APP Store and Google Play.
- Add a lock according to the app’s prompts (you can refer to the video on the product page)

Please try to reset the lock if the lock cannot be added to the app.
2.| Set administrator password| When the administrator password is not set and the mobile phone administrator is not added, enter*12#123456# -> enter the administrator password# -> enter the same password # again.
Note: This step does not need to be done when using the mobile app management.
| | On the App, click “Fingerprint” -> Add a fingerprint -) Enter the fingerprint name and validity period -> Click Next -> Click to start adding -> According to the mobile phone screen and voiceprompts, press your finger on the fingerprint collector as
prompted several times.
3.| Add fingerprint| Input *80#-> input administrator password #-> press your finger on the fingerprint reader several times according to the voice prompt.
Note: The fingerprint added directly on the lock can be uploaded to the app through the “Upload fingerprint in the lock” function in the app for management. After adding fingerprints directly on the lock, you can continue to add other fingerprints, or you can press the * key or wait for the timeout to exit the adding mode.
| | Click “Passwords” on the App -> select the password type: custom
-> select the validity period-> click set password -> enter the password to be added.
Note: A custom password must be operated on the lock.

4.| Add password| Click “Passwords” on the App-) select the password type:
permanent/period/single/clear/cycle-> click to get the password
Note: These types of passwords do not need to be operated on the lock side. All passwords in effect.
| | Enter *80# on the lock -> enter the administrator password# -> enter the new password to be added#-> enter the same password# again.
Note: To lock the directly added password, you can upload the password to the App for management in the App’s Password Management -> Upload Password in the Lock. After the password is added directly to the lock, you can continue to add other passwords, or you can press the * key or wait for the timeout to exit the add mode.
| | Click “IC Card” on the App -> Add IC Card -> Enter the name and select the validity period -> Click ok then swipe the card to add.
Note: Must be operated on the lock.
5.| Add IC card| Enter *80# on the lock -> enter the administrator password#. then swipe the card to add.
Note: To lock the directly added lC card, you can go to “IC card”
-> Upload the lC card in the lock in the App. upload the lC card to the App for management and after successfully adding the lC card directly to the lock, you can continue to add other lC cards, You can also press the * key or wait for a timeout to exit the add mode.
6.| Add wireless key| Click “Wireless Key” on the App -> Add Wireless Key ->
Enter the name and select the validity period-> Click Next, then long press
the wireless key lock button for 5s to add.
7.| Delete wireless key| Click “Wireless Key” on the App -> Click the wireless
key you want to delete -> Click Delete

8.| Low battery prompt| When the battery voltage is lower than 4.8V, touch the
panel, the voice prompts “low battery, please replace the battery, and the
screen backlight flashes rapidly for 1 second.
Before unlocking with fingerprint/IC card/password, the voice prompts low battery, please replace the battery”, and then unlock.
9.| Demo mode| The demo mode is turned off by default. When no administrator is added, enter *24679# in the lock to turn on the demo mode. After the demo mode is turned on, any fingerprint and password 123456 can unlock.
After setting the administrator password or adding a mobile phone administrator, the demo mode is automatically closed.
10.| Voice switch| Chinese voice: Enter “*39#administrator password#l#” on the lock.
English voice: Enter “*39#administrator password#2# on the lock.
Note: When no administrator is added, the administrator password is replaced by 123456.

- These holes can be used in wooden doors, plastic doors, and metal doors with thicknesses over 30mm.
- Make sure they are kept under the lock and parallel to the door case when locking
