Product Usage Instructions
Step 1: Unpacking
Remove all parts from the packaging and ensure that all protective film is removed before assembly. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.
Step 2: Attaching Casters
Position the Bottom Panel upside down on a protective surface. Attach the Locking Casters and Casters using the provided screws and washers.
Step 3: Tank Bracket Assembly
Attach the Tank Bracket Assembly to the underside of the Bottom Panel using the specified screws.
Installing Barbecue
Once the cart assembly is completed, install the barbecue head and secure it with the provided screws through the designated holes.
Safety Precautions
Ensure that the grill transformer, if applicable, is mounted on the outside of the cart. Follow all safety warnings and guidelines provided in the manual.
Cart Assembly Instructions
Model # CART-SIZ26 / CART-SIZ32 / CART-SIZ40 CART-SF432 / CART-SF538
- Step 1: Remove parts from the carton and remove all protective film prior to assembly. (2 people recommended for assembly)
- Step 2: With the Bottom Panel (#2) positioned upside down on a protective surface, attach the 2 pcs Locking Casters (#1) and 2 pcs Casters (#1B) using 4 pcs of 10×24 screws (H-1) and 4 pcs of Locking Washers (H-2) per caster.
- Step 3: Attach the Tank Bracket Assembly (#10 -11) to the underside of the Bottom Panel (#2) using 2 pcs of 10×24 screws (H-1).
- Step 4: Turn the Bottom Panel (#2) upright and then attach the inference Bracket (#12) to the Bottom Panel (#2) with 4 pcs of 10×24 screws (H-1).
- Step 5: Attach the Right and Left Side Panels (#3A & #3B) by using 6 pcs of the 10×24 screws (H-1).
- Step 6: Attach the Lower Back Panel (#5A) to the Left & Right Side Panels using 6 pcs of 10×24 screws (H-1).
- Step 7: Attach Upper Back Panel (5B) to the Left & Right Side Panels using 6 pcs of 10×24 screws (H-1).
- Step 8: Lay the Front Doors on a flat surface and attach the Front Door Handle (#8) to each Front Door (#6) using 2 pcs of 10×24 screws (H-1), for each handle.
- Step 9: (Best done with an assistant) Attach the Front Strut Assembly (#4) between the front of each Side Panel and secure with 6 pcs of 10×24 screws (H-1).
- Step 10: Place the Front Doors (#6) into the cart assembly, by first inserting the Bottom Pin of the door into the hole located on the Bottom Panel. Then insert the Upper Pin of the door into the hole located on the underside of the Front Strut (#4). Follow
- same procedure for both doors.
- Step 11: Attach the Side Shelf (#7) to each Side Panel by using 4 pcs 10×24 screws (H-1).
- Step 12: Attach the Lower Magnetic Catch (#9) by using 2 pcs of 10×24 screws (H-1) to the center of the Bottom Panel (#2). You may have to adjust both magnets to make sure they have good contact with both doors.
- Step 13: Finally, the barbecue is ready to be installed into the cart. Once installed, secure the barbecue head with 2 pcs 10×24 screws (H-1) through the holes that are on each side (underneath the grates inside bbq on right and left side toward front).
Note: Some adjustments may be needed to obtain proper placement or level positioning in the cart. Make sure to tighten all the screws with a screwdriver once the cart is level.
Note: The Propane tank is held in position by the Tank Bracket Screw (#11).
SAFETY WARNING
If applicable, the grill transformer should be mounted on the OUTSIDE of the
Cart.
