WHAT INBOX
Connecting and Using the Speaker
- Charge the speaker before using it by opening the rear cover and connecting the speaker to an AC adapter (not provided) by using the provided USB (Type C to A) cable.
- To use this speaker, turn it on by pressing the power button.
- Connect the speaker to a smartphone via Bluetooth
- Press the Power button to turn on the product. Bluetooth LED blinks.
- Tap the Settings button on your smartphone and select Bluetooth. Turn on the Bluetooth function. ( Off > On)
- From the list of smartphone devices, find and tap on “LG-XO3Q(XX).”
- Once the smartphone is connected via Bluetooth, the Bluetooth LED will turn on. Play a desired track in the music app on your smartphone.
- Connecting to an External Device
- Press the Power button to turn on the product.
- Open the back cover of the product and connect the external device to the AUX terminal via a 3.5 mm stereo cable.
- Turn the external device on and start playing.
- Connecting the LG XBOOM App
- Find the LG XBOOM app on the Google Play or App Store and install it on your smartphone.
- Run the LG XBOOM app and use its functions. (EQ, Wireless Party Link, Lighting, Sleep Timer, Setting etc.)
- Power Saving
- If there is no playback or button input for 15 minutes, the product turns off automatically.
- On the LG XBOOM app, you can enable or disable [Auto Power Management].

- Do not install this equipment in a confined space such as a bookcase or similar unit.

- CAUTION:
- Do not block any ventilation openings. Install per the manufacturer’s instructions. - It is recommended that you use the 5 V AC adapter (more than 2 A) with this device. If you do not use the recommended adapter, charging is unavailable, or charging time may differ.

- Do not leave the unit in a place near the heating appliances or subject to direct sunlight, moisture, or mechanical shock.
- The Power Plug is the disconnecting device. In case of an emergency, the Power Plug must remain readily accessible.
- To clean the unit, use a soft, dry cloth. If the surfaces are extremely dirty, use a soft cloth lightly moistened with a mild detergent solution. Do not use strong solvents such as alcohol, benzine, or thinner, as these might damage the surface of the unit.
- Do not use volatile liquids such as insecticide spray near the unit. Wiping with strong pressure may damage the surface. Do not leave rubber or plastic products in contact with the unit for a long period.
- Do not place the unit over the vehicle’s airbag. When the airbag deploys, it may result in injury. Before using it in the car, fix the unit.
- Do not use the hands-free function while driving a car.
- Do not leave the unit in an unstable place such as high shelves. it may fall because of the vibration of the sound.
- Do not use high-voltage products around this product. (ex. Electrical swatter) This product may malfunction due to electrical shock.
- CAUTION when using this product in environments of low humidity.

- To prevent static electricity, it is recommended to touch metal objects before using this product.

assembly steps in reverse order. To prevent contamination of the environment
and possible threats to human and/or animal health, the old batteries or the
battery pack must be put in an appropriate container at designated collection
points. Do not dispose of batteries or battery packs together with other
waste. It is recommended that you use local, free reimbursement systems
batteries or battery packs, (may not be available in your area). The batteries
or the battery pack should not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine,
fire, or the like.

PRECAUTIONS

- Keep the unit away from flower vases, tubs, sinks, etc. If any liquids should spill into the unit, serious damage could occur. In that case, please consult qualified service personnel.
- Do not obstruct the ventilation holes: they prevent overheating. Even soft materials such as paper and cloth may prevent proper ventilation of the unit.
