Stock Components Removal

  • Use Google or online forums to search for best practices when removing the front bumper.

Assemble the Brackets

  • Two brackets are supplied in the kit. Lay the body on a soft surface, use a Phillips screwdriver to fasten the main bracket with countersunk screws. Use 6 screws for the large bracket and 3 screws for the small bracket.

Template

  • Use the supplied template to mark holes on the rubber shroud.
  • Drill holes using a 1/8 drill bit. Seat the BIG MOUTH into the cowl opening, ensuring it snaps into place without pushing hard during drilling to avoid flexing.

BIG MOUTH Installation Procedure

  • Screw the self-tapping screws into the brackets. Do not over-torque, hand-tighten only.

Finalize

  • Adjust the BIG MOUTH for levelness. Inspect alignment visually with the bumper placed on the car but not fastened. Drill bigger holes in the rubber shroud if needed for adjustment.

Template

  • You will need to drill these holes out from the rubber shroud. Use a 1/8” drill bit.

BIG MOUTH Installation Procedure

Use the button head Phillips screws to screw the 5 self-tapping screws into the brackets as shown. Do not over-torque, hand tight is enough.VELOSSA-

Finalize

  • You can adjust the BIG MOUTH to ensure it is level. Place the bumper on the car, do not fasten it yet, and inspect visually for alignment and level.
