OPERATING TIPS AND TROUBLESHOOTING

  1. To charge the A10/A13, plug the included Type-C USB cable into a power outlet.

    • Use a USB outlet to charge.
    • While charging, the LED light will light up Red to inform you that it is still charging.
      The light it will turn OFF when fully charged.
  2. Use the Power Button to turn on the A10/A13 device. and it will automatically go into Bluetooth pairing mode.

    • Hold the Power Button 2-3 seconds to turn ON/OFF the A10/A13 device.
    • Make sure your device has Bluetooth on, and pair it with “A10”.
    • Blue LED flashes rapidly while pairing. Once connected, the blue LED pulsates slowly once paired.
    • Once the A10/A13 device is connected, you can play audio from your phone as usual.
    • Use the Volume Control to change the volume and press the power button to pause/start music.
    • The A10/A13 will shut off after 10 minutes if left on standby.
  3. My A10/A13 device is not pairing to my phone.

    • Make sure that your device’s Bluetooth mode is set to on to pair your A10.
    • Pair to “A10”,
  4. The Bluetooth Audio Quality sounds different with different apps.

    • Different apps have different sound qualities (for example, Spotify will be different than YouTube).
  5. A10/A13 devices can also be used to make and receive phone calls when connected to your mobile device via Bluetooth.
