Preparing for use

  • Smoke can be visible during the first use, and it is normal. This ceases after a short while.
    • Fig 7-1: Steam comes out when you move, steam stops when you stop moving or lift up the iron.
  • Changing Steam Settings:
    To adjust the steam settings, slightly tilt the iron upwards (>20 degrees) and press the steam button on the handle.

When moving the iron, steam will be emitted, and it will stop when you pause or lift the iron.
