The Smart Baby Camera features IR-LEDs, a lens, a microphone, speaker, micro SD card slot, reset button, a temperature & humidity sensor, and a Type-C USB charging port. The camera model may vary in appearance.

Product Usage Instructions

Installing a Micro SD Card

1. Make sure the camera is powered off.
2. Lift the camera head upward to access the SD card slot.
3. Insert the Micro SD card with the contact side facing downward.
4. NOTE: Disconnect the camera’s power when inserting or removing the card to prevent damage.
5. Use Micro SD cards from regular manufacturers and format them in Fat32 before installation.
6. Recommended to use a Micro SD card with a minimum speed rating of U1/Class10.

Device Startup

1. Connect the power cord to the Type-C charging port on the back of the camera.
2. The camera will automatically turn on.
3. NOTE: Do not manually adjust the camera during boot; self-checking takes about half a minute.

App Installation

1. Scan the QR code to download the Zosi Smart App on your smartphone.
2. Open the app, register, and log in.
3. Tap + to add a device and follow in-app instructions for network settings.

Installation Notes

1. Ensure the device added to the App before installation.
2. The camera can be installed on a flat surface or using a bracket.
3. Place it in a location with a wide field of view for optimal performance.

Installing a Micro SD Card

Make sure the camera is powered off. Lift the camera head upward to access the SD card slot. Insert the Micro SD card with the contact side facing downward.

NOTE : Always disconnect the camera’s power when inserting or removing the card to prevent any damage. Use Micro SD cards from regular manufacturers and ensure they are formatted in Fat32 before installation. It’s recommended to use a Micro SD card with a minimum speed rating of U1/Class10.

Device Startup

Connect the power cord to the Type-C charging port on the back of the camera, and the camera will automatically turn on.

NOTE : The camera will rotate automatically during the boot process. Do not manually adjust the camera forcefully. Self-checking will take approximately half a minute.

App Installation

Scan the QR code below to download the free Zosi Smart App on your smartphone. (You can scan to download for both Android and iOS systems, or you can search for and download the App from App Store or the Google Play Store.)

Add Device

1. Open Zosi Smart App and follow the prompts to register and log in.
2. Tap “+” to add a device. Follow the in-app instructions to complete the network settings and addition of the device.

AVSS

Download and install the Zosi AVSS client from the official website at https://www.zositech.com/app/. Sign in with your Zosi Smart App account to prevent the need for multiple accounts. If there is no account or password prompt for local login, please scan the OR code below to watch the AVSS operation video

Installation Notes

1. Ensure that the device has been added to the App before installation.
2. The camera can be installed on flat surface or using a bracket. It is recommended to place it in a location with a wide field of view.

Install the Bracket:

1. According to Figure 1, loosen the bracket knob counterclockwise.
2. Install the bracket at the end of the crib, and then tighten the bracket clockwise to secure it.
3. Align the screw hole on the bottom of the camera with the screw on the bracket, and rotate it clockwise to secure the camera. NOTE : The bracket need to be purchased separately

Installation and Usage Precautions

1. Please use the provided power adapter to supply power to the device. Using a different power adapter or not following the provided instructions may cause damage to the device.
2. This product is intended for indoor use only and should not be placed outdoors, including areas like hallways, under eaves, or within covered courtyards.
3. For indoor installation, keep the device away from humid or high-temperature environments.
4. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight when using this product to maintain its performance.
5. Installation and operation of this product should comply with national and regional electrical safety regulations.

FAQ

Q: Why is the device offline?

A: Please check whether the device is connected to the network and whether the router is functioning properly for internet access. Also, ensure that the router is enabled to automatically obtain an IP address.

Q: Why can't I find video recording files?

A: Please check if the Micro SD card is damaged and if the date you are searching for has valid recorded files. Additionally, verify that the system time settings on the device are correct.

Q: Why is the two-way audio function not working?

A: Please check whether the App on your phone has been granted all the necessary permissions during installation.

Q: Why is the mobile app not receiving push notifications?

A: Please check whether the App's push notification settings are enabled and whether your phone allows notifications from this App.

Q: Does the camera support motion detection and image capture?

A: It captures images automatically when people, cars, are detected or when there is a change in detected images. Users can also manually capture images using our ZOSI Smart APP.
