Charging the Device:
Before using the device for the first time, charge it for at least 6 hours. Do not use the device while it is charging.
Power On and Off:
To turn on the device, press the power button. Press and hold the power button to switch it off.

Please, before using the device, read these instructions carefully and make sure that you follow all the steps correctly.

DEVICE FUNCTIONALITY

Our RF FACE DEVICE Device (Facial Radiofrequency Device) has the main objective of minimizing the signs of aging of the face such as: wrinkles, sagging, spots and lack of lighting.
The RF FACE DEVICE is a multifunction device that combines different forms of energy:
- Radio frequency (RF) currents
- LED light of different colors (violet, blue, red and green)
- Stimulation currents (EMS)
- High frequency mechanical vibration

Note : The device applies very low voltage voltages (approximately 12V) which generates imperceptible currents that do not cause any discomfort to the user.

PACKAGING CONTENT

When you open the packaging box you will have found the following:

1. The RF FACE DEVICE device
2. This instruction manual
3. A cleaning wipe
4. A USB cable for device charging with USB A connector on one end and USB C on the other

HOW TO CHARGE THE DEVICE

The RF FACE DEVICE device works with a rechargeable battery. To charge the device you must have a USB charger (like the one for mobile phones) with a USB A output of at least 1 amp.
Connect the USB C end of the charging cable to the RF FACE DEVICE and the USB A end to the charger and connect it to the mains. You will see a flashing light on the device indicating that it is charging. This device takes about 3 hours to charge. When it stops flashing, the device is fully charged. Disconnect the charging cable and you can start using it.
Before using the device for the first time, charge it for at least 6 hours.
IMPORTANT: The device should not be used during the charging process.

HOW TO TURN IT ON AND OFF

To start the device, press the START/OFF button for about 2 seconds. You will hear a sound and the LED light will turn green while the function indicator indicates CLEAN.
Whichever function you are in, you can turn off the device by holding down the START/OFF key for about 2 seconds. You will hear a sound and the LED light will turn off, as well as the screen indicating the functions.

HOW TO CHANGE FUNCTION

The RF FACE DEVICE device has four functions: CLEAN, IMPORT, EMS and RF. When you start the device it will enter the CLEAN function. You can change the function by pressing and holding the ON/OFF key in a short time (approximately 1 second) moving from one function to the next in a rotating manner. On the function indicator screen you will see the function currently selected. You will also see that the LED function is always active because in each function the LED light is always on, the only thing that changes is its color.

HOW TO MODIFY THE POWER

The RF FACE DEVICE device can operate with three power levels of RF, EMS and VIBRATION. When you start the device, it starts with the lowest intensity level. By repeatedly pressing the POWER
LEVEL key you will rotate the power.
The power levels are indicated on the screen by three light lines of different lengths:
- LEVEL 1: One line.
- LEVEL 2: Two lines.
- LEVEL 3: Three lines.

HOW TO ACTIVATE THE DEVICE

When you turn on the RF FACE DEVICE device, the LEDs on the head will light up (green), however, the vibration will be deactivated. The device activates automatically when you place it on your skin. To do this, the device has a sensor formed by the metal band that is on the periphery of the handle. When your hand touches this sensor and the electrodes on the head touch your skin, the device detects it and activates by starting to vibrate. When you separate the head from the skin again, the device deactivates. The LED lights however are always on.

DEVICE FUNCTIONS AND HOW TO USE IT

The RF FACE DEVICE device has 4 functions:

CLEAN. Green LED light
IMPORT (RELAXATION). Violet LED light
EMS (STIMULATION). Blue LED light
RF (RADIO FREQUENCY). Red LED light

HOW TO USE THE CLEAN FUNCTION (CLEANING) – GREEN LIGHT
With this function, the device deeply cleans the dirt accumulated on the face and neck, thus making the skin translucent. Green light promotes skin surface microcirculation, dredges lymphatic drainage and edema, and at the same time has the effect of calming, balancing and stabilizing the skin. With this function you will notice brighter facial skin.
To use this function it is very easy:

Apply the conductive cleansing cream evenly over your entire face and neck. We recommend our CLEANMAS makeup remover cleansing cream (We remind you that you can use this cream with or without the device).
Now you can apply the device (remember never the other way around, since if you pour product directly on the device it can be damaged).
Start the device and you are already in the CLEAN function. We recommend that you always start at the lowest level and go up depending on your needs and skin type. Remember that you cannot use during charging.
The movement is always from bottom to top and we recommend starting from the jowl area upwards. The head of the device should always be on the skin and remember that during the treatment you should always have enough cream so that the device slides correctly. If you run out of cream, please reapply it to the area where you are wiping the device.
Movements through the jaw area towards the cheekbone are from bottom to top. In the forehead area it is zig-zag. If you pass it over the eye area, it is in a circular manner (in this area it cannot be more than 2 minutes for each eye).
Once this function is finished, if you have traces of cream you can remove it with a cotton ball.
To increase the effectiveness of the treatment and with dry skin, we recommend applying the rest of your facial routine at night. It is ideal to apply our Triphasic Serum and our Eyemas eye contour. If your skin needs to improve firmness, the ideal cream is our RF Facial Cream and if you need extra hydration if your skin is more mature, apply the Trimas antiaging cream.

HOW TO USE THE IMPORT FUNCTION (RELAXATION) – VIOLET LIGHT

This function is intended to stimulate and relax the facial skin effectively and help the skin care products that you are going to apply during the session to deeply hydrate it during their activation. It can be effective in improving acne marks. With this function you will notice that your facial skin is more hydrated, revitalized, whitened and with improved spots. To use this function it is very easy:
- Before starting the treatment, clean the area properly so that your face is free of impurities and makeup. We recommend our Cleanmas.
- With your face clean and dry, you can now apply the conductive cream all over your face and chin. We recommend our firming cream RF Facial Cream (We remind you that you can use this cream with or without the device). Our device is suitable to be applied with other types of cream, but please make sure that it is conductive, otherwise the device has no effects and may damage your skin.
- Now you can apply the device (remember never the other way around, since if you pour product directly on the device it may be damaged).
- Start the device and select the IMPORT function. We recommend that you always start at the lowest level and go up depending on your needs and your skin type.
- The movement is always from bottom to top and we recommend starting from the jowl area upwards. The head of the device should always be on the skin and remember that during the treatment you should always have enough cream so that the device slides correctly. If you run out of cream, please reapply it to the area where you are wiping the device.
- If you want to pass it through the area between the eyebrows, the movement is from bottom to top. The upper lip area is zig-zag and the nasogenian area is from bottom to top.
- Once this function is finished, if you have traces of cream, just massage the area manually so as not to waste product.
- To increase the effectiveness of the treatment and with dry skin, we recommend applying the rest of your facial routine at night. It is ideal to apply our Triphasic Serum and our Eyemas eye contour. If your skin needs extra hydration, apply Trimas antiaging cream.

Likewise, one day a week and before the treatment we recommend:

Now you can start the treatment with the RF Facial Cream.

HOW TO USE THE EMS FUNCTION (ELECTRO MUSCLE STIMULATION) -BLUE LIGHT

Thanks to the microcurrents generated by EMS, it acts on the muscle layer to exercise muscle movement with the aim of improving and firming the facial skin and facial contour. In this way, signs of aging such as wrinkles and lack of sagging are improved. The functionality of blue light for this area is to promote collagen synthesis, revitalize the skin, tighten sagging skin, shrink pores and significantly improve oily skin, sensitive skin and acne-prone skin. With this function you will notice the skin on your face smoother and firmer.
To use this function it is very easy:

Red light can penetrate deeper into the bottom layer of the skin, reactivating collagen and even improving skin brightening, reducing fine lines and wrinkles. With this function you will notice firmer facial skin and improved wrinkles.

WHEN AND HOW LONG CAN I USE THE DEVICE?
You can use the RF FACE DEVICE device every day at night, but not in all functions. Below we indicate how and when to apply each function. Please respect these instructions, as they are the recommendations for this type of device validated by skin care experts.

The CLEAN function can be used daily. Maximum 10 minutes. The device will turn off by itself.
The IMPORT (RELAXATION) function can be used daily. Maximum 10 minutes. The device will turn off by itself.
EMS (STIMULATION) function you can use daily. Maximum 10 minutes. The device will turn off by itself.
The RF (RADIOFREQUENCY) function can be used only 3 times a week on alternate days. Maximum 10 minutes. The device will turn off by itself.

If you want to use the treatment of several functions on the same day, you can combine them as long as you do not exceed 10 minutes in the same area.

REMEMBER: The RF function only 3 times a week on alternate days.
Below we explain a practical example in case it can serve as a guide:
Monday: I apply the functions of Clean, Import, EMS, RF
Tuesday: I apply the Clean, Import, EMS functions
Wednesday: I apply the Clean, Import, EMS, RF functions
Thursday: I apply the Clean, Import, EMS functions
Friday: I apply the Clean, Import, EMS, RF functions
Saturday and Sunday: I apply the Clean, Import, EMS functions
Once your session is finished, you can apply the rest of your facial routine and we recommend that you do the treatment at night since the sun cannot touch you. You can apply this device all year round, although we recommend that you let your skin rest about 3 times a year (about 15 days), which may coincide with Christmas holidays, Easter holidays and summer holidays.

APPLICATION TIPS

To improve the double chin, the movements are from bottom to top.
To improve the firmness of the cheekbones, the movements are from bottom to top.
To improve expression lines on the forehead, the movements are in a zig-zag shape.
To improve the eye contour area, the movements are circular.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

In general, the use of this device is not recommended for people who have undergone facial plastic surgery, a subcutaneous metal implant, and those who are pregnant or nursing. Avoid its use in migraine or intense headache outbreaks and during very painful menstruations. If you have thyroid problems, you cannot apply it to the gland area, that is, the neck, but you can apply it to the rest of your face and body.

PRECAUTIONS AND MAINTENANCE

You should clean the introduction head with tissues or cotton cloth, but do not wash it with water or touch the metals with water.
Avoid leaving it in the bathroom or other humid place.
You can only use it on the face area
Avoid applying it on acne, blackheads and facial redness. It is not recommended to use on sensitive skin every day, but once a week.
When the product needs maintenance, please confirm that it is turned off first. If not, there is a possibility of breakage when held with a paper towel or wet towel.
Do not use corrosive solutions (alcohol, banana oil, gasoline, nail polish remover, etc.) to clean the device or its accessories, as this may cause them to be damaged.
