Dear users, please read and understand the Guide and keep it properly before using the product.

4K Ultra-high Definition Integrated Audio and Video Conference AI Camera (Smart) is a high-definition audio and video conference equipment tailor-made for video conferences of small- and medium-sized enterprises. With advanced AI technology and AI sound localization, this camera can automatically locate sound source. In the meanwhile, the portrait selection automatically places the speaker in the middle position, highlighting the speaker and presenting excellent audio-visual result. It can be compatible with a variety of operating systems and meeting software. And it is simple and easy to operate at the principle of “Plug and Play”. It is an aid for you in remote video conferences.

Tips: The products and accessories in the guide are illustrated in schematic diagrams, for reference only. Due to update and upgrade, the actual product may be slightly different from the that in the schematic diagram. Please refer to the actual product.

Product installation instruction:

Multiple modes of layout: Clamped and hung on TV and computer screen; Put on the desktop horizontally; Wall-mounted; Connected with a triangular bracket.

• Clamp and hang (recommended)

(1) Open the base clamp of the main machine.

(2) Place the main machine at the appropriate position of smart TVs, conference-purpose tablets and computer monitors, and then clamp the base for fixed support.

(3) Check the shaking of the main machine, adjust the lens direction and adjust the camera to a proper framing range.

1. Manually adjustable camera
   Adjustable within the range of 16°.

2. Up and down pitch
   Left and right translation

• Put on the desktop horizontally

(1) Put the main machine on the desktop horizontally, adjust the lens direction, and adjust the camera to a proper framing range.

• Wall-mounted

(1) Open a hole on the wall according to the hole distance of the base, and fix the main machine at a suitable position on the wall;

1. Screw holes for fixing in base

• Connect with a triangular bracket

(1) Connect the triangular bracket to the bottom thread connecter.

• Combine with a smart tablet

(1) Clamped and hung on the smart tablets, placed on the top tray and on the bottom tray.

( Please note that brackets,
conference-purpose tablets need to be purchased separately. )

ON-OFF

| In standby or working state, press this button to turn off and press this button again to turn on.
|

Microphone mute function

| In standby or working state, press this button to realize the mute of microphone, and LED indicator shows red or purple always on. And then press this button again to release the mute of microphone.

Loudspeaker mute function

| In standby or working state, press this button to realize the mute of loudspeaker, and LED indicator shows blue and flashes slowly in 0.5s interval. And then press this button again or press the button of adjusting loudspeaker volume to release the mute.
|

Turning off image function

| In video calls, press this button to prohibit the display of image , and LED indicator shows blue and flashes slowly in 2s interval. And then press this button again to display the image normally.

Direction

| After zooming operation, pressing this button can realize the function of direction adjustment. Press it to realize left and right translation and up and down tilt, and press and hold it to realize continuous left and right translation and up and down tilt; When the operation is effective and the LED indicator shows blue and flashes in 0.2s interval. When the operation is invalid, the LED indicator does not respond.

HOME

| Press this button after the operation (Pan/Tilt/Zoom) to restore the default value.

ZOOM +

| In the video preview state, press it to zoom in, and press and hold to continuously zoom in; When the operation is effective, the LED indicator shows blue and flashes in 0.2s interval. When the operation is invalid, the LED indicator does not respond. (Please operate in AI-OFF mode.)

ZOOM –

| In the state of video preview and the zoomed-in video, press it to zoom out, and press and hold it to continuously zoom out; When the operation is effective, the LED indicator shows blue and flashes in 0.2s interval. When the operation is invalid, the LED indicator does not respond. (Please operate in AI-OFF mode.)

AI function

| Press to turn on AI function to select and follow human shape, then press for the second time to locate sound, select and follow human shape, and press for the third time to turn off AI function.

Mirror turnover

| Press this button to left and right flip the video image.
|

Preset button

| Adjust the screen of Pan/Tilt/Zoom to the appropriate position in AI OFF mode; then press the PRESET button, and OSD characters will show PRESET. And press number key 1 or 2, and a preset bit will be in preset save accordingly; Press HOME to restore the default value, then press PRESET and press number key 1 or 2 to clear the preset bit.

Calling preset bit

| Press number key 1 or 2 directly to call saved preset bits.

Loudspeaker volume adjustment

| In standby or working state, press “ ” button to increase the loudspeaker volume, and press and hold “ ” button to continuously increase the loudspeaker volume; Press “ ” button to decrease the loudspeaker volume, and press and hold “ ” button to continuously decrease the loudspeaker volume; When the operation is effective and the LED indicator shows blue and flashes in 0.2s interval. When the operation is invalid, the LED indicator does not respond.

Instructions for Safe Use

This manual introduces in detail the functions, installation, and general principles and methods of operation of this camera. P leas e read the Instructions for Use carefully before installation and use.

Using method

To prevent damage to this product or any product connected to it, this product can only be used within the specified scope:

• Do not expose the camera to rain or humidity.
• In case of electric shock hazards, please do not open the casing, and only professional technicians can install and repair it;
• Do not use it beyond the limited temperature, humidity or power specifications;
• Please wipe it with a dry, soft cloth when you clean the lenses of the camera; When the grime cause material impact, please wipe it gently with neutral detergents. Do not wipe the lens with strong or corrosive detergents, so as not to scratch the lens and affect the image effect;
• The safe operation only at an altitude below 2,000 meters.

Electrical safety

• The installation and use of this product must strictly follow local electrical safety standards;
• Power plugs or appliance coupler should be easy to operate.

Transport carefully

• During transportation, storage and installation, the product should be protected from damage caused by heavy pressure, violent vibration and immersion.

Power polarity

• DC5V2A power supply available; and the polarity is as shown in the figure: “ “

Please install it carefully

• Please do not rotate the head of the camera too hard to avoid mechanical faults;
• This product needs to be placed on a stable desktop or other horizontal surface. Do not install it obliquely to avoid tilting screen;
• If the camera is mounted on a TV or PC, it can be fixed with double-sided adhesive pads on the base;
• The shell of this product is made of organic materials. It is strictly prohibited to contact with various liquids, gases or solids that may cause shell corrosion;
• Do not power on until complete installation.

Do not disassemble arbitrarily

• There are no parts of this product that can be repaired by the user. The damage caused by the user’s disassembly is not covered by the warranty.

Magnetic-field interference

• The electromagnetic field at a specific frequency may affect the image of the product; This product is Class A. In the home environment, this product may cause radio interference and requires protective measures.
