Introduction

Zeta G200 and G200x
The Zeta G200 and G200x grinding helmets are designed for grinding work, surface finishing, and inspections. They are not designed for welding or sandblasting. The Zeta G200 and G200x grinding helmets protect the wearer’s eyes and face. The Zeta G200x model is also equipped with integrated LED work lights.

Security

Warning:

Using the helmet functions

Commissioning

  1. Adjust the helmet to your head:
  2. Adjust the seat depth of the helmet using the upper ligaments a

Using the work lights (G200x)
The Zeta G200x helmet is equipped with LED work lights. These are made from a rechargeable lithium Ion battery pack powered on a neckband.

  1. To check the battery status, press the Battery test button on the battery unit.
  2. To charge, remove the battery pack from the helmet and charge the battery via the USB-C port with a charging cable (charging cable not included). included in delivery).
  3. Place the battery pack in the battery holder into the headband and connect the cable of the LED work light on.
  4. Use them to turn on and off OFF/AUTO/ON selector switches. Become in AUTO mode the lights in brightness (e.g. daylight) are switched off and vice versa accordingly switched on.

Caution : Never use damaged ones’ battery units. The battery unit of the LED light is not waterproof. Avoid extreme temperatures direct sunlight, humidity, sand, and dust. Replacement of spare parts

Removing the headgear

  1. Press and hold the distance slider
  2. Push in the headgear connector forward and away from the distance slider.

Attaching the headgear

  1. Place the headgear connector in front of the Distance slider
  2. Press the slider adjustment button while the headband connector is through the spacer Press slider
  3. Slide the headband connector into position so that the slider adjustment pin goes into one of the locking positions in the headband connector.
  4. Adjust the helmet to face distance

Replacing the grinding visor

  1.  Replacing the grinding visor: loosen the helmet attachments. To do this, drag the Lock clips inward and pull out the grinding visor (a).

Maintenance

Inspect the helmet after each use. swap worn and damaged parts immediately.

Cleaning

  • Clean the grinding visor with a mild detergent, lukewarm water and a soft one Cloth.

Wire feeder accessories
Store the Zeta helmet at temperatures between -20 to +50 °C and less than 80% relative humidity. Store and transport the helmet and accessories in the original packaging
