Product Usage Instructions
Mounting of FRU
FRU can be mounted using the following steps:
- Connect FRU to Lindab Safe for duct connection
- Ensure insulation up to 50 mm is in place
- Install FRU in desired position without adjustment
- Avoid clogging of measuring cross by using in clean air environments
Maintenance Instructions
To maintain FRU, follow these steps:
- Clean visible parts with a damp cloth
- Remove pressure hoses and blow clean air into aluminum pipes
- Avoid blowing into plastic hoses on the Belimo unit to prevent damage to sensors
- Dismount hoses to clean measuring cross using clean air
- Reassemble hoses and tighten black rings securely

Mounting of VRU
FRU is equipped with Lindab Safe for connection to the duct and is prepared for insulation up to 50 mm. FRU can be installed in any position without adjustment required. To avoid clogging of the measuring cross, it is recommended to use FRU only in applications with clean air, meaning free of dust, particles and similar.

Cleaning of measuring cross
The visible parts of the product can be wiped with a damp cloth. Remove
pressure hoses and blow clean air into the aluminum pipes. Do not blow into
the plastic hoses mounted on the Belimo unit, as this can damage the
flow/membrane sensors.
