A USB cable is included in delivery. It can be charged either via a USB port on your computer or using an external power supply (5V. 1A).
Please check the USB cable regularly. If it’s damaged, please replace it in time.
Do not charge the battery for more than 5 hours. Before connecting the charger, please turn me off.
Do not rename the folders on the product.
Please avoid listening to music at a high volume for a long time to avoid any harm to your hearing.

Check and make sure I am fully charged. • Connect me to the computer and check if there are unsupported files.

2.Why do I have no sound when the power is on?

• Adjust the volume by pressing the volume up /volume down button.

3.Why am I not charging?

Make sure the power is switched off. Check the USB cable and port to make sure there are no physical damages to them.
