Basic product operations

1. Long press the power on/off function, short press to retum to the main screen and main menu function. Double press menu switch on the main menu interface.

Download and install the app

1. Scan the QR code or visit the app store to download the “FitColudPro” app, operating system: ios 12.0 and Android 8.0 or later.
2. Connection to the watch
3. After successful pairing, you can set the functions of the watch in the app. If there is no sound when playing music, please drop down the interface on the watch side, enter Audio, and turn on “Media Audio”.

Main functions of the product dazzling light (8 kinds of lighting effect selection)

1. The light will flash for 3 seconds when charging, tuming on and off, incoming information
2. The call flashes frequently, and the light goes off when you answer or hang up
3. Heart rate alarm function (when the heart rate exceeds 120 beats/min, the light flashes)
4. LED light display function (pull down the main interface, click the LED to tum blue, and the light will flash continuously)
5. When looking for the watch, the light flashes
6. Pull down the main interface, click the flashlight icon, and the light will aways be on

Features of the product

1. Dial switching:
   Press and hold the main screen for 3 seconds to switch the dial display

2. Sports mode:
   Can display current speed, distance, and calories

3. Heart rate monitoring:
   After entering the heart rate function, it will automatically start measuring and automatically measure the current heart rate index.
   When the test is completed, the watch will vibrate

4. Blood oxygen monitoring
   After entering the blood oxygen function, the measurement will automatically start When the measurement is completed, the watch will vibrate

5. Blood pressure monitoring:
   After entering the blood pressure function, the measurement will automatically start. When the measurement is completed, the watch will vibrate

6. Sleep monitoring:
   Sleep monitoring function, the watch will display the sleep status of the previous night, including sleep quality, deep sleep, mild sleep, wakefulness stage, and total sleep time

7. Weather forecast
   The watch and phone link will display the weather conditions for the current day and the next few days after refreshing

8. Message notification:
   Save the last 14 notifications

9. Voice Assistant:
   Click the voice button, you can make a call to the watch

10. Wireless call:
    You can directly use your watch to make phone calls and make calls

11. Find your phone:
    Click “Find Phone’, it can help you search for your phone

12. Music playback
    The music control function on the watch allows you to stop/play, switch to the previous or next track, and adjust the volume

Frequently asked question

The watch won't tum on

1. Please press and hold the power button for more than 3 seconds 2. The watch will automatically turn on after a long charging time.

The watch does not charge

1. You can replace the charging head for testing, or plug in the computer USB for testing 2. When the battery is seriously depleted, you need to charge it for 10-40 minutes and then press the power button to see if it s turned on and charged

Wireless is not connected or cannot be connected

1. Please try to restart the watch/APP and reconnect it 2. Please try to restart your phone or connect it again after Bluetooth on your phone 3. Do not connect your phone to other Bluetooth devices at the same time

There is no notification information on the watch

1. APP the relevant program information in the message reminder is enabled 2. Message reminders are enabled in the relevant program settings 3. The drop- down notification menu on the mobile phone needs to be tumed on

Notes:

1. The rated input voltage and current of this device is 5V1A, it is strictly forbidden to use chargers above 5V (9V12V, etc), if you use the charger of the above specifications, the smartwatch will have a charging failure, please note.

3. No vibration is normal when the power is low, and the vibration returns to normal when it is fully charged.
