Oven Controls
Manual Cooking
Mode
In the Manual Cooking Mode, the cooking duration is controlled by the user
without a timer.
- Turn the Timer knob counter-clockwise to the ‘ M ’ position. This will stop the oven from automatically powering itself off.
- Rotate both the Temperature and Function knobs to the required settings for your dish.
- Once you have finished cooking, turn all the knobs back to their original off positions, ‘ ’.
Minute Minder Mode
When using the Minute Minder Mode, the timer knob is used to turn off the oven
after a set period of time:
- Turn the Timer knob clockwise to set your desired number of minutes, between 10–120 minutes.
- Rotate both the Temperature and Function knobs to the required settings for your dish.
- Once the set time has elapsed an alarm will sound, indicating that cooking is complete. The oven will then power itself off automatically.

Before First Use
- Before using your new Omega Oven for the first time, please ensure you have read your manual thoroughly.
- When your oven is switched on for the first time, it may give off an unpleasant smell. This smell is completely normal, and is due to the oven’s manufacturing process.
- To remove the smell, we recommend that you set the temperature to the highest setting with the Fan Forced function selected. Ensure that the oven is completely empty, and that the door has been firmly shut.
- Run the program for 90 minutes, then turn the oven off. After the oven has cooled down, allow the door to be opened at a 45° angle to allow for further ventilation.
