Using instructions

  1. Power on/ off
    Long press “ ” 3 seconds to turn on/off the radio, in power on state, short press “ ” to switch modes.

  2. FM\AM Radio Mode
    The radio has 3 ways for searching am/fm stations In power on state:
    A Short press “<” “>”, the frequency point will increase or decrease by minimum step value.
    B Long press “<” “>”, the radio will enter into automatic searching, the frequency point on the LCD quickly change increase or decrease. The search will automatically stop when a station is searched, then play the searched station.
    C Long press “ ” to start the fully automatic station search and storage function. The LCD display will show a full automatic scan from the lowest to the highest frequency point and stations with a signal will be stored as P1,P2,P3,…… in order automatically, which is the address number of the stored stations. After the scan finish, it will back to play station P1, If no signal is searched during the scan, the LCD will indicate “–“. [Each automatic scan will overwrite the previous  scanned stations].
    After the scan finish, short press “ ” to choose and recall the stored stations. You also can select the stored stations by “<” “>”, button when the frequency digit is flashing after lightly pressing “ “.
    In power off state, long press “<” “>” simultaneously, 9K or 10K step values of AM can be switched.

  3. WB Radio Mode
    Short press “<” “>” ,the weather channel will adjust up or down from: CH-1 (162.400MHZ) , CH-2 (162.425MHZ) , CH-3 (162.450MHZ) ,CH-4 (162.475MHZ) , CH-5 (162.500MHZ) ,CH-6 (162.525MHZ) , CH-7 (162.550MHZ) • Long press “Q/o” to enter Auto Alert ALERT (alarm sounds and red light blinks when NOAA is activated), and then press “ ” to exit Auto Alert ALERT in Auto Alert state.

  4. Bluetooth Mode
    Short press “<” “>”, to select songs, short press “ ” to pause playback.

  5. Volume adjusting
    Short press “+” “-” to adjust the volume, volume levels: 0-27.

  6. SOS Alarm
    Short press the ‘SOS’ button once, the horn will sound an alarm accompanied by a flashing red light, short press it again will turn off the alarm function.

  7. LED lighting
    In power on state,short press “ ” to turn on/off the far beam, long press “ ” to turn on/off the low beam; The far beam and low beam can be turned on or off at the same time with a short and long press “ “.

  8. Headphone listening
    The radio is equipped with a 3.5mm headphone jack. To protect your hearing, please turn the radio volume to the minimum before insert the @3.5mm headphone, then slowly adjust the volume to a suitable level for listening. The external speaker will automatically cut off when the headphone is connected.

  9. Radio charging
    The built-in rechargeable battery of the radio can be charged in three ways: external DC power supply, hand crank and solar panel.

  10. External power supply charging: When the power indicator shows that the power not enough, please insert the DC 5V/ 1A-2A plug into an external power socket to charge the radio.

  11. Hand-cranked charging: Hold the radio and rotate the hand-cranker, maintain the same direction and a stable speed at a speed of 120 rpm, when the charging indicator is on, the radio is under charging. The hand-cranked generator can be turned clockwise or counterclockwise to charge. Please do not make a sudden stop or change direction suddenly when rotating, because this will seriously damage the hand-cranked generator. 1 minute of cranking equals 8 minutes FM radio (at 2/3 volume), or 25~30 minutes lighting.

  12. Solar charging: Place the solar panel in sufficient sunlight to charge the internal rechargeable battery, the solar charging indicator will be on. Solar charging is mainly for maintain and prolong the battery life, and for a short time use in an emergency.

  13. Charging a mobile phone: Plug one end of the mobile phone charging cable into the ‘USB-A’ jack, and the other end into the mobile phone’s charging jack. Note: The radio should retain sufficient power to charge the phone.

Precautions

  1. Avoid violently hit or frequent drop. Avoid water from entering the inside of the machine.
  2. This machine has built-in lithium batteries, please do not disassemble the lithium battery without permission to avoid short circuit. Please charge the battery every 3 months to ensure battery life if you won’t use it in a long time.
  3. If the volume becomes low and accompanied by distortion, it is likely that the rechargeable battery is insufficient. Please charge.
  4. When using hand-cranked charging, please maintain a stable speed and same direction, do not force stop during high-speed rotation or suddenly reverse during rotation, which will seriously damage the generator and shorten the life of the hand-cranker.
  5. The products are adjusted by precision instruments. Please do not disassemble the machine to adjust the internal components.
  6. Please use a soft cloth with detergent to clean the radio. Do not use strong solvents such as alcohol or thinner.
