Washing Instructions
Remove the electronics before washing.

  1. Turn the beanie inside-out and locate the control module (A) held in the pocket between the double-layer inside the beanie.
  2. Gently push the control module towards the opening in the rear of the beanie and carefully remove it.
  3. Repeat the above steps for the additional speaker (B) located at the opposite side of beanie.

  • Q: Can I wash the beanie with the electronics in
    A: No, you must remove the electronics before washing to avoid damaging them.

  • Q: How do I charge the beanie?
    A: Use a compatible charging cable to connect to a power source. The charging light will indicate when it’s charging.

    A: Please handle with care and keep out of reach of small children due to the internal rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery.

This product contains a non-changeable internal rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery.
Please handle with care.

  • DO NOT expose the beanie to liquids or moisture.
  • DO NOT use the beanie in the rain.
  • DO NOT attempt to tamper with the Wireless Technology module by piercing, disassembling, opening or removing the battery, etc.
  • DO NOT put, store, or leave your beanie in or near sources of heat, fire, in a pressurized container, or in a microwave oven.
  • DO NOT leave your beanie in an unventilated vehicle under direct sunlight.
  • DO NOT store the beanie near acidic or alkaline material.
  • DO NOT expose the beanie to temperatures over 140˚ F (60˚ C)
  • ALWAYS remove the Wireless Technology module and speakers before washing.
  • ALWAYS keep the electronics and batter out of the reach of infants and small children.

HOW TO USE

  • Pairing: Press the ON/OFF button for about 5 seconds until the LED light slow flashes from blue to red.
  • Open the Wireless Technology in your phone and pair with your beanie.
  • All beanies pair with “MATCO”.
  • After pairing successfully, open the music in your phone and enjoy.
  • Press the “Play” button to pause/play the music.
  • Answer a phone call by pressing ON/OFF button.
  • Long press the “+” button for volume up.
  • Long press the “_” button for volume down.
  • Double-click “Play” button to access Siri/Alexa. Repeat to turn off Siri/Alexa.
  • Device can be charged using a Type-C charging cable- when charging, the LED light will turn red; when the LED light is off, it means the headset is fully charged.
  • Hand wash only. Use cold water and air-dry.
