Product Usage Instructions

  1. Thread Seal and Hose Selection
    Use thread seal tape (4 wraps max) or sealant on threaded fittings for a proper seal. Use high-quality hose like PEX or washing machine supply hose for the suction line to prevent collapsing.

  2. Priming the Pump
    Before use, prime the pump by adding approximately 2 cups of water to the discharge line. Hand-tighten the fill plug.

  3. Power Connection
    Plug the power cord into a properly fused and grounded GFCI electrical outlet.

  4. Intake Line Maintenance
    Use a strainer on the intake line if there is a risk of foreign objects being sucked into the pump.

  5. Post-Use Care
    Rinse the pump with water after each use. If the pump was used with materials like glycol or vinegar, flush with water and drain before storing to prevent corrosion or damage from freezing.

  6. Important Warnings
    CAUTION: This pump is designed for use with water only. Do not submerge the motor or expose it to water. Do not run the pump dry. Avoid over- tightening the prime plug; hand-tighten only.
