General safety rules for NORDIC PLAY products
Warning:
- The vehicle may not be used on roads, sidewalks, in hills or sand.
- The vehicle should only be used on flat surfaces.
- Do not overload the vehicle. Pay attention to the maximum weight limits. Typical maximum total weight is 25 – 35 kg. Please check for your specific model.
- Only adults may charge the battery.
- Children using the vehicle should always be supervised by a responsible adult.
- Do not charge the vehicle’s circuit.
- Do not drive in water or other fluids.
- Stop the vehicle when it is approaching an obstacle, turn away from the obstacle, and drive somewhere else.
- Please charge the battery when the vehicle starts to drive slowly, otherwise, the battery’s lifespan can be shortened.
- Please charge the battery fully before the battery is stored for longer periods without use. Charge the battery every three months to extend the battery’s lifespan.
- Do not drive during rain.

- Check and tighten all screws before every drive. Do not allow two or more children to use the vehicle at once.
- Do not use the vehicle if it is damaged.
- Change damaged parts immediately.
- Insert the 220V/24V charger cable’s connector into the vehicle.
- Insert the actual 220V/24V charger unit into your 220V power outlet. The battery will start charging.
- Detach after 8-12 hours
IMPORTANT NOTE: When shifting (forward/backward), please make sure the vehicle is completely stopped, otherwise it will damage the gearbox and motor.
Forward:
- Press the ”Forward/backward switch” to the ”Forward” position.
- Press the ”Foot pedal”, and the vehicle drives forward.
Stop:
- The vehicle will brake automatically when foot is lifted from the ”foot-pedal”.
Back-Up:
- Press the ”Forward/backward switch” to the ”Backward” position.
- Press the ”Foot pedal”, and the vehicle will back up.
Loosen the screw from the back of the seat, take away the seat. Then connect the battery line red wire to the red terminal of the battery and finally then connect black wire to black battery terminal. Never connect wires into the uncorrect battery terminals. After the connections, please assemble the seat back to the original place and tighten the screw.
Battery replacement and fuse
The battery is equipped with a thermal fuse that blows if the motor, battery
or electrical circuit is overloaded. The vehicle must then be switched off for
at least 5 minutes, after which the fuse will restore itself. If the product
does not work, the fuse may therefore be the problem. To avoid this, read the
following points:
- Do not overload the vehicle.
- Do not pull anything behind the vehicle.
- Do not drive up steep hills.
- Do not run into motionless objects that cause the wheels to spin.
- Do not drive at extreme temperatures.
- Make sure the product does not come into contact with liquids.
- Do not touch the electrical circuit.
As the battery gets older it will start to lose some of its capacity. Depending on the conditions, it can last anywhere from 1 – 3 years. If the battery needs a replacement, follow these steps:
- Loosen the crew and remove the seat.
- Disconnect the cables from the battery terminals.
- Remove the battery cover.
- Carefully lift the battery out of the vehicle. Depending on the condition of the battery (leakage or similar), safety equipment may be required. Do not lift the battery from its wires but from the battery itself.
- Put the battery in a plastic bag and dispose it responsibly. NEVER put the battery to general waste.
- Insert the new battery into the vehicle.
- Reconnect the cables to the new battery. Red wire to red terminal (+) and black wire to black terminal (-) of the battery.
- Slide the seat into place. Tighten the screw.
To protect the environment, batteries and electrical equipment must be disposed separately from household waste. Contact the municipality for the nearest collection point.

Maintenance
- Check all screws periodically and tighten as needed.
- Check the vehicle’s plastic components frequently for damage.
- The mechanical parts of the vehicle can be lubricated with oil if necessary.

Pull the handle under the seat, and push the plastic base back, and the seat can be adjusted to the front and back.

Assembly instruction
Car assembling should be done by the adults. Take care of small parts. To avoid choking hazards, keep children away while assembling. Children under 36 months are prohibited from using. Please count all the parts carefully before assembling and dispose of the plastic bag properly. To avoid choking hazards, children are not allowed to play with the bag.
- Battery connection
- Connect the two red plugs on the bonnet, and hide them under the bonnet after connection.
- The drift switch is under the bonnet.
- Front-wheel assembly
- Turn the car upside down. Use the plastic wrench to remove the lock nuts from the front axle, then remove the M10 washers, and keep them for later use. You do not need to remove the M12 washers from the axle. Insert the front wheels and the M10 washers into the front axle on both sides. Secure the lock nuts with the plastic wrench. While applying pressure lock the wheel cover into grooves on the front wheels.
- Rear wheel assembly
- (a) Using a plastic wrench, remove the lock nut from the rear axle, then remove the M10 washers, and keep them for later use.
- (b) Ensure the rear axle is positioned at the center of the car and the lengths extending out on both sides are equal.
- (c) Insert the rear wheels and the M10 washers into the rear axle on both sides. Secure the lock nuts with the plastic wrench. While applying pressure lock the wheel cover into grooves on the rear wheels.
- Windshield assembly
- Align the windshield with the corresponding openings on the car body, insert it into place, and fix it with 4 x 16 flat head screws.
- Steering wheel assembly
- Match two connectors of the wires from the steering wheel and steering column, align the steering wheel with the steering column, press two pins on the steering wheel, and insert them into the holes in the steering column.
- Seat assembly
- Remove two plastic protective sleeves from the round tubes, you will not need the sleeves for the next assembly steps. Align the seat with the corresponding position, insert two round tubes into two holes on the car body and insert the hooks into place. Use a screwdriver and secure it with four screws.
- Mirror assembly
- Align the mirror with the corresponding opening on the car body, insert it, and push it into place.
Fuse
- This car has an auto-reset fuse, if the car stops suddenly during driving, it is mainly caused by instantaneous current exceeds, which makes the fuse to trip. Then just stop operating for about 8 seconds, this fuse can be reset.
- Then turn on the power switch again. To avoid the fuse tripping and cutting off the power supply, please pay attention to the following matters.
- This product can’t be overloaded, the maximum load is 30 kgs.
- Don’t drag anything behind the product.
- Don’t let the water or other liquid into the batteries and other electrical components.
- Don’t change the circuit system and structure of the product.

- The installation and charging of vehicles should be under adult supervision at all times.
- This product is limited to children from 37 to 95 months, 30 kg weight limit, please do not overload.
- This product is ideal for driving on a hard flat surface.
- It is strictly prohibited in the streets or the road, potholes, and slopes.
- Avoid driving in the sand or grass or uneven ground.
- Children should be given full instructions on the operation of the car. Improper operation can cause damage or accidents.
- While children are driving, the parents must supervise at all times to avoid accidents.
- Avoid driving in rain or flooded pathways. By doing so it can damage the motor, circuit, and other electrical equipment.
- Battery chargers should be regularly inspected by parents to ensure that the wires, plugs, crusts, and other components are not damaged. Please stop using it if any damage is found until it is completely restored.
- To ensure product life and safety, and avoid damage to the charger, battery, or electric circuit, the car must use the default configuration of a dedicated charger and power supply.

Remote Control Instructions
For the first time using, please match the remote control with the car. This product has a memory function. Battery replacement does not need to match the code once again.
- Long press the” code” button for more than three seconds, until the first LED lights flash.
- Turn on the power on the car, and the first LED light on the remote control turns on indicating the successful pairing with the car.
- When the remote control is not used for a while, it will automatically enter sleep mode, press any key to wake it up.
- Key Description: ”▲” Forward, ”▼ ” Reverse,”◄ ” Left, ”► ” Right, ”S” Speed, ”P” Stop. Press the ”S” key to select the speed, 1 LED indicates low speed, 2 LED indicates medium speed, 3 LED indicates high speed, and the car reverses with only medium speed. Press the ”P” key, the car will stop immediately, all LEDs start flashing, press this button again to release the brake function.
Warning
- When operating the car, the distance between the car that the kid sits in and the remote control which is operated by adults should not be more than 10 meters.
- The remote is only for adults to use, keep it far away from children.
- Before using the remote, please read the instruction manual carefully, and operate the empty car first, only when knowing the way of operation, you can use the remote with a kid in the car.
- This product should not be used on traffic roads and places with water and obstacles.
- To Avoid damaging the circuit, please keep the remote control from wet and in the rain.
- Don’t mix old and new batteries and different brands of dry batteries.
- To avoid damaging the remote control, please take out the batteries if not use the remote control for a long time to avoid battery leakage and circuit corrosion.
- Avoid dropping the remote control during use.
- Install batteries with the right polarity to avoid battery short circuits.
- Charging must be done by adults.
- Exhausted batteries should be removed from the toy properly and prevent children from playing.
- Take out the battery if no use for a long time, properly handle the battery, and prevent children from playing.
- If the remote distance is less than 3 meters, the battery in the remote control may have run out of power, please change 2 pieces of AAA alkaline batteries.
How to insert batteries:
Use a screwdriver to loosen the screw on the back of the remote control, open the battery cover, and install two AAA 1.5V alkaline type batteries according to the diagram (Batteries are self-provided), then close the battery cover, and fix with a screw.
Charging way
- For Safety purposes, the charging must be done by adults.
- The charging port is beside the seat, follow the instructions to charge the battery.
- If the car has slowed down, it needs to be charged by 8-12 hours, a maximum 20 hours.
- First, insert the plug of the charger into the charging port.
- Then insert the charger into the power socket. (The car can’t be operated during charging)
Maintenance and service
- Before using, parents should check whether all parts are in good condition, for example, the batteries, charger, wires, plug, outer body, and other parts, check whether the screws are loose, and whether there are potential safety hazards. Any damaged parts found should be repaired before use.
- After using the product for some time, use a small amount of lubricating oil for the moving parts to prevent wear and tear or rust.
- Keep the car away from fire and direct sunlight. Place it stably, not upside down. The car shall be stored indoors or outdoors under cover.
- The car should be kept away from hot items, such as stoves and heaters, otherwise, the plastic parts will melt. When charging, the car should be kept away from inflammable materials to prevent it from catching fire.
- Charge in time after using. Charging should be done by adults. If the product is going to be unused for a long time, it must be fully charged. Charge it every month to extend the battery lifespan.
- A soft cloth must be used to clean the car. Do not use chemical solvents to clean the plastic parts. Do not use soap or water to clean the car. Driving on rainy, snowy days or driving in water can damage the motor, battery, and circuit system.
- When stopping or storing the car, please cut off the power and make sure all switches are in the ‘STOP’ or ‘OFF’ position.
- Do not use fuses different from the specifications of this product.
- Do not change the product structure and circuit system. Maintenance and repair work must be done under the guidance of professional or technical personnel.
- Do not use the product for other purposes. Put the battery in the right polarity.
- A battery-negative short circuit is prohibited.
