Charge method
Insert the magnetic charging cable into the power output (5V±0.25V adapter).

APP download and installation

iOS Version, search for “BitHealth HR Pro” in the App Store and download, then install, or you can scan the QR code below.
Android Version, search for “BitHealth HR Pro” in Google Play Store and download, or you can scan QR code.

How to turn on the device.

Long press the button for 3 seconds, the device turns on and the main interface will display date, time, battery, and connection status.

Connection

The connection between APP and device is via Bluetooth 4.0BLE, please ensure Bluetooth is turned on before connecting.
Open the APP on the mobile phone, go to settings select the first item “Find Your Smart Band” to search and match the device.
The ID of the device will be displayed as Z7_xxxx, which can be found in the information interface of the device.

*The iOS system will open a dialogue box asking to match after you have connected. If you require the call/message function the APP will ask you to confirm.

Data synchronization
When the APP is turned on, the matched device will search for data sync automatically, which includes Time, Calories, Steps, Resting HR, Sleep Data, Sports Data, Historical Data, etc.

Alarm & Schedule Reminder Setting

The alarm & schedule setting requires the device to connect with the APP, please remember to choose the “Save” on the top right corner to sync to device.

Call/Message Reminder Setting

Call and Message reminders can be set independently, and incoming calls can be rejected by long press.

The Android version APP has an additional “System Notification Message Authorization”, which allows the APP access to the system notification of the mobile phone. Authorization needs to be given on the device, otherwise, there will be no reminder displayed on the device. The Android users need to set the APP running in the background.

System Applications

After you turn on the device, it can be operated by a short/long press on the screen, or short/long press, and the operation details as below:

The Steps/Calories/Distance interface reviews your daily basic data. When you short press the button will return to the main interface screen.
The HR/SpO2 interface, 7-10’s is required to detect HR/SPO2. Please ensure that you are seated and keep the device the same height as your heart, try not to move. Short press the button you will return to the main interface screen.
The Blood Pressure interface, the 30s will be required to detect the BP. Please ensure that you are seated and keep the device the same height as your heart, try not to move. Short press the button will return to the main interface screen.
The Exercise interface, long press to get in, and long press to exit. Short press the button and you will return to the main interface screen.
The Mindfulness interface, long press to get in, and long press to exit. Short press the button and you will return to the main interface screen.
The Message interface, long-press the screen to review the latest 5 notifications, and long-press the button to delete all the notifications.
The Information interface, the device ID, and firmware version are displayed here, long press to power off.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why doesn’t the Alarm/Schedule reminder work?
Ensure that the settings have been “saved” in App.
Why is there no call/message notification on an Android phone?
Please ensure that you have permission to access system notifications. Make sure the APP is working in the background.
Why is the heart rate value not accurate?
Please ensure that the device is secured tightly on your wrist, restrict your movement, and try to stay seated in one position
Why are there no notifications on the iPhone?
Please ensure that the Bluetooth connection is done on the
APP and not on the iPhone. Otherwise, you would have to re-do the process.
Why can’t I connect automatically to
Bluetooth when it’s out of range?
Please re-start the device, and try to connect again.
Why can’t I find my device after “Removing
Device” in iOS APP?
To find your device please go to iPhone’s Bluetooth settings, forget your device in the settings and you can find it on the
APP settings.
Note: Do not expose the watch to high temperatures, the battery. It has the risk of explosion.
